Abstract

1. Способ по п. 1, в котором первым материалом является металл.3. Способ по п. 1, в котором первым материалом является сталь.4. Способ по п. 1, в котором вторым материалом является пластмасса, смола, полимер, вспененный материал, каучук, древесина или гибридный материал.5. Способ по п. 1, в котором вторым материалом является отверждаемый материал.6. Способ по п. 5, в котором стадия сжатия включает нанесение на первый материал второго материала в частично отвержденном состоянии, а затем отверждение второго материала.7. Способ по п. 1, в котором первый материал имеет твердость по Бринелю более около 80, а второй материал имеет твердость по Бринелю менее около 30.8. Способ по п. 1, в котором первый и второй материалы сжимают друг с другом путем подачи листа слоистого материала между роликами.9. Способ по п. 1, в котором в результате стадии сжатия, по меньшей мере, вершины остроконечных структур прокалывают второй материал и выступают на вторую поверхность второго материала.10. Claims (30)

1. Способ изготовления листа слоистого материала, включающий:
придают, по меньшей мере, одной поверхности листа из первого относительно твердого материала текстурированную поверхность с множеством приподнятых и в целом остроконечных структур,
вводят текстурированную поверхность первого материала в контакт с поверхностью второго более мягкого материала и
сжимают обе поверхности друг с другом таким образом, что, по меньшей мере, некоторые из остроконечных структур проникают во второй материал, в результате чего образуется лист слоистого материала.
2. Способ по п. 1, в котором первым материалом является металл.
3. Способ по п. 1, в котором первым материалом является сталь.
4. Способ по п. 1, в котором вторым материалом является пластмасса, смола, полимер, вспененный материал, каучук, древесина или гибридный материал.
5. Способ по п. 1, в котором вторым материалом является отверждаемый материал.
6. Способ по п. 5, в котором стадия сжатия включает нанесение на первый материал второго материала в частично отвержденном состоянии, а затем отверждение второго материала.
7. Способ по п. 1, в котором первый материал имеет твердость по Бринелю более около 80, а второй материал имеет твердость по Бринелю менее около 30.
8. Способ по п. 1, в котором первый и второй материалы сжимают друг с другом путем подачи листа слоистого материала между роликами.
9. Способ по п. 1, в котором в результате стадии сжатия, по меньшей мере, вершины остроконечных структур прокалывают второй материал и выступают на вторую поверхность второго материала.
10. Способ по п. 9, дополнительно включающий деформирование выступающих вершин с целью их направления по касательной, на или внутрь второй поверхности второго материала.
11. Способ по п. 10, в котором вершины деформируют путем перевертывания с помощью ролика.
12. Способ по п. 10, в котором вершины деформируют путем давления на вершины сверху вниз посредством второго листа первого материала.
13. Способ по п. 1, дополнительно включающий нагрев одного из двух материалов или первого материала и второго материала до сжатия материалов друг с другом.
14. Способ по п. 13, в котором стадия сжатия включает, по меньшей мере, частичную компоновку материалов в нагретом состоянии, а затем охлаждение скомпонованных материалов.
15. Способ по п. 13, в котором второй материал нагревают до размягченного состояния, при этом стадия сжатия включает частичную компоновку второго материала в размягченном состоянии с первым материалом, охлаждение и, по меньшей мере, частичное отверждение второго материал, а затем дополнительное сжатие материалов друг с другом с целью формирования листа слоистого материала.
16. Способ по п. 1, в котором остроконечные структуры имеют форму крюка.
17. Способ по п. 1, в котором остроконечные структуры предварительно изгибают в форме крюка.
18. Непрерывный способ изготовления листов слоистого материала, включающий:
из источника непрерывной подачи рулона подают первый относительно твердый листовой материал с текстурированной поверхности, содержащей множество приподнятых и в целом остроконечных структур,
вводят текстурированную поверхность первого материала в контакт с поверхностью второго более мягкого материала и
сжимают обе поверхности друг с другом таким образом, что, по меньшей мере, некоторые из остроконечных структур проникают во второй материал, в результате чего образуется лист слоистого материала.
19. Непрерывный способ по п. 18, в котором непрерывно подают второй материал до первого материала и сжимают друг с другом оба материала за точками подачи соответствующих материалов.
20. Непрерывный способ по п. 18, в котором непрерывно раскатывают второй материал на первом материале.
21. Непрерывный способ по п. 18, в котором разрезают первый материал до нанесения второго материала.
22. Непрерывный способ по п. 18, дополнительно включающий резку листа слоистого материала на отрезки после стадии сжатия.
23. Лист слоистого материала, формируемый способом по любому из п.п. 1-22.
24. Лист слоистого материала, содержащий:
первый относительно твердый материал с текстурированной поверхностью, содержащей множество приподнятых и в целом остроконечных структур,
второй более мягкий материал, соединенный с первым материалом таким образом, что, по меньшей мере, некоторые остроконечные структуры проникают во второй материал.
25. Лист слоистого материала по п. 24, в котором, по меньшей мере, некоторые остроконечные структуры целиком проходят сквозь второй материал.
26. Лист слоистого материала по п. 25, в котором, по меньшей мере, некоторые вершины остроконечных структур перевернуты и направлены на или во второй материал с тем, чтобы удерживать вместе первый и второй материалы.
27. Многослойный лист слоистого материала, содержащий:
по меньшей мере, один двусторонний лист из первого относительно твердого материала с текстурированной поверхностью с обеих сторон, содержащей множество приподнятых и в целом остроконечных структур, и
наружные слои из второго более мягкого материала с обеих сторон двустороннего листа, при это второй материал соединен с первым материалом таким образом, что, по меньшей мере, некоторые из остроконечных структур проникают во второй материал.
28. Многослойный лист слоистого материала по п. 27, дополнительно содержащий граничные слои односторонних листов снаружи каждого из соответствующих наружных слоев, при этом каждый граничный слой содержит множество приподнятых и в целом остроконечных структур с одной стороны, а структуры расположены таким образом, что занимают, по меньшей мере, часть соответствующего наружного слоя.
29. Многослойный лист слоистого материала по п. 27, в котором, по меньшей мере, один наружный слой содержит, по меньшей мере, одну выемку для обеспечения доступа к остроконечным структурам.
30. Многослойный лист слоистого материала по п. 27, в котором, по меньшей мере, один наружный слой содержит, по меньшей мере, одну относительно более тонкую область для обеспечения доступа к остроконечным структурам.
