Description

Claims (14)
- ラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法であって、
第1の連続するロールから、それぞれが第1の先端部を有する第1の複数のピアシング構造部でテクスチャ加工を施された第1の面を有する第1の金属製シートを供給するステップ(a)と、
前記第1の複数のピアシング構造部によってピアシング可能な材料からなるコア材の連続するロールから、前記コア材を供給するステップ(b)と、
前記第1の金属製シートよりも軟らかくなるように、前記コア材を加熱するステップ(c)と、
前記ステップ(c)の後、前記テクスチャ加工を施された第1の面を、前記コア材と接触させるステップ(d)と、
前記ステップ(d)の後、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を押し付け合い、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材の間に隙間を残して、前記第1の複数のピアシング構造部を前記コア材に部分的に貫通させるステップ(e)と、
前記ステップ(e)の後、前記コア材を冷却し、前記コア材を硬化するステップ(f)と、
前記ステップ(f)の後、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を押し付け合い、前記第1の複数のピアシング構造部を前記コア材に完全に貫通させ、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を接触させるステップ(g)と、
前記ステップ(g)の後、少なくともいくつかの前記第1の先端部を曲げ、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材をロックさせるステップ(h)と、
を含むことを特徴とするラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)の前に、前記第1の金属製シートから、前記第1の複数のピアシング構造部を抉り起こすことをさらに含む請求項1に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
- 第2の連続するロールから、それぞれが第2の先端部を有する第2の複数のピアシング構造部でテクスチャ加工を施された第2の面を有する第2の金属製シートを供給するステップ(i)と、
前記第1の金属製シートと前記第2の金属製シートが前記コア材を挟むように、前記テクスチャ加工を施された第2の面を前記コア材と接触させるステップ(j)と、
前記ステップ(e)と同時に、前記第2の金属製シートと前記コア材を押し付け合い、前記第2の金属製シートと前記コア材の間に隙間を残して、前記第2の複数のピアシング構造部を前記コア材に部分的に貫通させるステップ(k)と、
前記ステップ(g)と同時に、前記第2の金属製シートと前記コア材を押し付け合い、前記第2の複数のピアシング構造部を前記コア材に完全に貫通させ、前記第2の金属製シートと前記コア材を接触させるステップ(l)と、
をさらに含む請求項1に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(h)の後、前記ラミネート・シートを巻取リールに巻き取ることをさらに含む請求項1に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(e)は、前記第1の金属製シート及び前記コア材を圧力ロールの間に供給することを含む請求項1に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(g)及び前記ステップ(h)は、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を圧力ロールの間に供給することを含む請求項1に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(g)は、前記コア材から前記第1の先端部が突き出るように、前記第1の複数のピアシング構造部を前記コア材に貫通させることを含む請求項1に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
- 前記第1の金属製シートを加熱することをさらに含む請求項1に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
- ラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法であって、
第1の連続するロールから、それぞれが第1の先端部を有する第1の複数のピアシング構造部でテクスチャ加工を施された第1の面を有する第1の金属製シートを供給するステップ(a)と、
第2の連続するロールから前記第1の金属製シートよりも軟らかいコア材を供給するステップ(b)と、
前記第1の金属製シートの前記テクスチャ加工を施された第1の面を前記コア材に隣接する位置に移動するステップ(c)と、
前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を押し付け合い、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材の間に隙間を残して、前記第1の金属製シートの前記第1の複数のピアシング構造部を前記コア材に部分的に貫通させるように、第1のセットの圧力ロールの間に前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を連続的に供給するステップ(d)と、
前記ステップ(d)の後に、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を押し付け合い、前記第1の複数のピアシング構造部を前記コア材に完全に貫通させ、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を接触させ、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を固定し、ラミネート・シートを形成するように、第2のセットの圧力ロールの間に前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材を連続的に供給するステップ(e)と、
前記ラミネート・シートを巻取リールに巻き取るステップ(f)と、
を含むことを特徴とするラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。 - 前記ステップ(a)の前に、前記第1の金属製シートから、前記第1の複数のピアシング構造部を抉り起こすことをさらに含む請求項9に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(f)の前に、前記第1の金属製シートの少なくともいくつかの前記第1の先端部を曲げ、前記第1の金属製シートと前記コア材をロックさせるステップ(g)をさらに含む請求項9に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
- 前記ステップ(g)は、前記第1の先端部を前記コア材に貫通させ、前記第1のセットの圧力ロールと前記第2のセットの圧力ロールのうちの1つと接触させることで、前記第1の先端部を曲げる請求項11に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
- それぞれが第2の先端部を有する第2の複数のピアシング構造部でテクスチャ加工を施された第2の面を有する第2の金属製シートを供給するステップ(g)と、
前記ステップ(c)と同時に、前記第1の金属製シートと前記第2の金属製シートが前記コア材を挟むように、前記テクスチャ加工を施された第2の面を前記コア材と接触させるステップ(f)と、
前記ステップ(d)と同時に、前記第2の金属製シートと前記コア材を押し付け合い、前記第2の金属製シートと前記コア材の間に隙間を残して、前記第2の複数のピアシング構造部を前記コア材に部分的に貫通させるように、前記第1のセットの圧力ロールの間に前記第2の金属製シートを連続的に供給するステップ(g)と、
前記ステップ(e)と同時に、前記第2の金属製シートと前記コア材を押し付け合い、前記第2の複数のピアシング構造部を前記コア材に完全に貫通させ、前記第2の金属製シートと前記コア材を接触させるように、前記第2のセットの圧力ロールの間に前記第2の金属製シートを連続的に供給するステップ(h)と、
をさらに含む請求項9に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。 - 前記第1の金属製シート及び前記コア材のうち、少なくともいずれか1つを加熱することをさらに含む請求項9に記載のラミネート・シートの連続的な製造方法。
