Abstract
1. Прозрачная керамика, отличающаяся тем,что она имеет при измерении на полированном диске толщиной 2 мм с использованием излучения с длиной волны 600 нм величину RIT >75% и средний размер частиц в пределах от >10 до ≤100 мкм.2. Прозрачная керамика, отличающаяся тем,что она имеет при измерении на полированном диске толщиной 2 мм с использованием излучения с длиной волны 600 нм величину RIT >75% и средний размер частиц в пределах от >10 до ≤100 мкм и высокое оптическое качество.3. Прозрачная керамика по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем,что она имеет средний размер частиц в пределах от >10 до 50 нм.4. Прозрачная керамика по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем,что она имеет средний размер частиц в пределах от >10 до 20 нм.5. Прозрачная керамика по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем,что она имеет частоту пятен <10%, особенно предпочтительно <1%.6. Прозрачная керамика по п. 2, отличающаяся тем,что она содержит вторую фазу размером максимум <2000 мкм, предпочтительно <200 мкм.7. Прозрачная керамика по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем,что она содержит один из оксидов циркония, алюминия, магния, иттрия, цинка, олова, кальция, титана, галлия, индия, гафния, скандия, церия, европия, бария или их смеси.8. Прозрачная керамика по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем,что она содержит Mg-AI-шпинель, AION, оксид алюминия, иттрий-алюминий-гранат, оксид иттрия или оксид циркония.9. Claims (11)
1. Прозрачная керамика, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет при измерении на полированном диске толщиной 2 мм с использованием излучения с длиной волны 600 нм величину RIT >75% и средний размер частиц в пределах от >10 до ≤100 мкм.
2. Прозрачная керамика, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет при измерении на полированном диске толщиной 2 мм с использованием излучения с длиной волны 600 нм величину RIT >75% и средний размер частиц в пределах от >10 до ≤100 мкм и высокое оптическое качество.
3. Прозрачная керамика по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет средний размер частиц в пределах от >10 до 50 нм.
4. Прозрачная керамика по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет средний размер частиц в пределах от >10 до 20 нм.
5. Прозрачная керамика по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что она имеет частоту пятен <10%, особенно предпочтительно <1%.
6. Прозрачная керамика по п. 2, отличающаяся тем, что она содержит вторую фазу размером максимум <2000 мкм, предпочтительно <200 мкм.

10. Прозрачная керамика по п. 1 или 2, отличающаяся тем, что она является шпинель-керамикой.
11. Применение прозрачной керамики по одному из пп. 1 - 10 в баллистике.
