Abstract
1. Моноклональное антитело, специфичное к Axl, содержащее вариабельную область тяжелой цепи, содержащую SEQ ID NO: 2 в области H-CDR1, SEQ ID NO: 3 в области H-CDR2, и SEQ ID NO: 4 в области H-CDR3; и вариабельную область легкой цепи, содержащую SEQ ID NO: 6 в области L-CDR1, SEQ ID NO: 7 в области L-CDR2 и SEQ ID NO: 8 в области L-CDR3.2. Моноклональное антитело по п.1, в котором вариабельная область тяжелой цепи указанного антитела имеет аминокислотную последовательность, представленную в SEQ ID NO: 1.3. Моноклональное антитело по п.1, в котором вариабельная область легкой цепи указанного антитела имеет аминокислотную последовательность, представленную в SEQ ID NO: 5.4. Моноклональное антитело по п.2, в котором вариабельная область тяжелой цепи упомянутого антитела имеет аминокислотную последовательность, представленную в SEQ ID NO: 1, и вариабельная область легкой цепи имеет аминокислотную последовательность, представленную в SEQ ID NO: 5.5. Моноклональное антитело по п.4, которое является химерным антителом, предпочтительно химерным антителом мышь/человек.6. Моноклональное антитело по п.1, которое является гуманизированным антителом.7. Claims (18)
1. Моноклональное антитело, специфичное к Axl, содержащее вариабельную область тяжелой цепи, содержащую SEQ ID NO: 2 в области H-CDR1, SEQ ID NO: 3 в области H-CDR2, и SEQ ID NO: 4 в области H-CDR3; и вариабельную область легкой цепи, содержащую SEQ ID NO: 6 в области L-CDR1, SEQ ID NO: 7 в области L-CDR2 и SEQ ID NO: 8 в области L-CDR3.
2. Моноклональное антитело по п.1, в котором вариабельная область тяжелой цепи указанного антитела имеет аминокислотную последовательность, представленную в SEQ ID NO: 1.
3. Моноклональное антитело по п.1, в котором вариабельная область легкой цепи указанного антитела имеет аминокислотную последовательность, представленную в SEQ ID NO: 5.
4. Моноклональное антитело по п.2, в котором вариабельная область тяжелой цепи упомянутого антитела имеет аминокислотную последовательность, представленную в SEQ ID NO: 1, и вариабельная область легкой цепи имеет аминокислотную последовательность, представленную в SEQ ID NO: 5.
5. Моноклональное антитело по п.4, которое является химерным антителом, предпочтительно химерным антителом мышь/человек.
6. Моноклональное антитело по п.1, которое является гуманизированным антителом.
7. Моноклональное антитело по п.1, которое связывается с внеклеточным доменом Axl в аминокислотной последовательности, представленной в SEQ ID NO: 9 и в аминокислотной последовательности, представленной в SEQ ID NO: 10.
8. Фрагмент моноклонального антитела по любому из пп. с 1-7, который выбран из группы, состоящей из Fv, Fab, F(ab′)2, Fab′, dsFv, scFv, sc(Fv)2 и диател.
9. Последовательность нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующая тяжелую цепь или легкую цепь моноклонального антитела по любому из пп.1-7.
10. Вектор, содержащий нуклеиновую кислоту по п.9.
11. Клетка-хозяин, содержащая нуклеиновую кислоту по п.9, или вектор по п.10.
12. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая антитело по любому из пп.1-7, или его фрагмент по п.8.
13. Антитело по любому из пп.1-7, или его фрагмент по п.8, для применения в качестве лекарства.
14. Способ лечения рака у субъекта, который включает введение субъекту анти-Axl антитела по любому из пп.1-7 или его фрагмента по п.8.
15. Антитело по любому из пп. 1-7, или его фрагмент по п.8, для применения в диагностике рака.
16. Способ лечения болезней, выбранных из группы, состоящей из иммунных нарушений у человека, тромботических болезней, сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и вирусных, бактериальных или паразитарных инфекций у субъекта, нуждаемся в этом, включающий введение субъекту анти-Axl антител по любому из пп.1-7 или его фрагмента по п.8.
17. Способ активации врожденных иммунных ответов у субъекта, нуждающегося в этом, включающий введение субъекту антител по любому из пп.1-7 - его фрагмента по п.8.
18. Антитела по любому из пп.1-7 или его фрагмент по п.8 для применения в диагностике болезней, выбранных из группы, состоящей из иммунных нарушений у человека, тромботических болезней, сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний и вирусных, бактериальных или паразитарных инфекций.
