Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a receptores de antígenos quiméricos que se unen a Axl y Ror2, y receptores de antígenos quiméricos (CARs) condicionalmente activos que reconocen a Axl y Ror2. Además, proporcionados en la presente están ácidos nucleicos que codifican estos CARs y métodos para elaborar y usar los CARs, que incluyen métodos para tratar cáncer, especialmente cánceres que expresan Axl y/o Ror2, tales como carcinoma de células renales. La presente descripción proporciona células genéticamente modificadas para producir los CARs.
