Abstract

А1. Пленка с покрытием по п.1, где, по существу, биоразлагаемую подложку выбирают из образующего пленку биоразлагаемого материала или из смеси двух или более из них.3. Пленка с покрытием по п.2, где, по существу, биоразлагаемый образующий пленку материал выбран из целлюлозы и производных целлюлозы, полимеров молочной кислоты и ее производных, полимеров гидроксиалканоатов (PHA), биоразлагаемых сополиэфиров, поликапролактонов и материалов на основе крахмала.4. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где покрытие содержит биоразлагаемый сложный полиэфир, и/или сополиэфир, и/или крахмал или материал на основе крахмала.5. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3 с покрытием только на одной стороне.6. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где не обеспечивают первичный слой между биоразлагаемой подложкой и покрытием.7. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, ламинированная на одну или более дополнительных подложек.8. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где вес покрытия составляет менее 10 г/м, или менее 9 г/м, или менее 8 г/м.9. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где толщина покрытия на пленке составляет менее приблизительно 20 мкм, или менее приблизительно 15 мкм, или менее приблизительно 12 мкм.10. Claims (23)

  1. А1. Пленка с покрытием, имеющая толщину менее 100 мкм, содержащая, по существу, биоразлагаемую пленочную подложку, содержащую на поверхности биоразлагаемое покрытие при весе покрытия не более чем 12 г/м2.
  2. 2. Пленка с покрытием по п.1, где, по существу, биоразлагаемую подложку выбирают из образующего пленку биоразлагаемого материала или из смеси двух или более из них.
  3. 3. Пленка с покрытием по п.2, где, по существу, биоразлагаемый образующий пленку материал выбран из целлюлозы и производных целлюлозы, полимеров молочной кислоты и ее производных, полимеров гидроксиалканоатов (PHA), биоразлагаемых сополиэфиров, поликапролактонов и материалов на основе крахмала.
  4. 4. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где покрытие содержит биоразлагаемый сложный полиэфир, и/или сополиэфир, и/или крахмал или материал на основе крахмала.
  5. 5. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3 с покрытием только на одной стороне.
  6. 6. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где не обеспечивают первичный слой между биоразлагаемой подложкой и покрытием.
  7. 7. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, ламинированная на одну или более дополнительных подложек.
  8. 8. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где вес покрытия составляет менее 10 г/м2, или менее 9 г/м2, или менее 8 г/м2.
  9. 9. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где толщина покрытия на пленке составляет менее приблизительно 20 мкм, или менее приблизительно 15 мкм, или менее приблизительно 12 мкм.
  10. 10. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где суммарная толщина пленки составляет менее приблизительно 75 мкм или менее приблизительно 50 мкм.
  11. 11. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где, по существу, биоразлагаемая подложка содержит пленку, полученную методом полива.
  12. 12. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, где покрытие наносят посредством способа нанесения покрытия из расплава.
  13. 13. Пленка с покрытием по п. 12, где в способе нанесения покрытия из расплава покрытие экструдируют через головку для нанесения покрытия способом полива на, по существу, биоразлагаемую подложку по мере того, как ее протягивают через пару вращающихся в противоположном направлении роликов.
  14. 14. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, имеющая прочность сварки более 300 г/25 мм, или более 400 г/25 мм, или более приблизительно 500 г/25 мм, или более приблизительно 600 г/25 мм при сварке при 135°C со временем выдержки полсекунды между сварочными клещами, одни из которых нагревают.
  15. 15. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, имеющая скорость проникновения водяных паров (тропические условия, 38°C, 90% RH) менее 20 г/м2/день, или менее 18 г/м2/день, или менее 15 г/м2/день.
  16. 16. Пленка с покрытием по любому из пп.1-3, имеющая прочность сварки, по меньшей мере, приблизительно на 10%, или, по меньшей мере, приблизительно на 50%, или, по меньшей мере,
    приблизительно на 100% выше, чем прочность сварки биоразлагаемой подложки без покрытия.
  17. 17. Полезное изделие, герметично упакованное внутри упаковки, по меньшей мере, частично включающее пленку с покрытием по любому из пп.1-16.
  18. 18. Способ получения пленки с покрытием, включающий предоставление по существу биоразлагаемой пленочной подложки и нанесение биоразлагаемого покрытия на подложку при весе покрытия менее 12 г/м2 посредством стадии нанесения покрытия из расплава, получая пленку с покрытием, имеющую толщину менее 100 мкм.
  19. 19. Способ по п.18, где подложку для пленки протягивают на стадии нанесения покрытия.
  20. 20. Способ по п.18 или 19, где покрытие экструдируют в виде горячего расплава на подложку для пленки через головку для нанесения покрытия способом полива.
  21. 21. Способ по п.18 или 19, где стадию нанесения покрытия осуществляют при температуре от приблизительно 80°C до приблизительно 280°C или от приблизительно 90°C до приблизительно 250°C.
  22. 22. Способ по п.18 или 19, где стадия покрытия включает применение воды в зажиме для предотвращения прилипания полимера к зажимающим роликам.
  23. 23. Способ по п.18 или 19, где стадия покрытия включает применение воды в зажиме для улучшения оптических свойств пленки с покрытием.
