Abstract
1. Электрический кабель, содержащий:(a) сердечник кабеля, содержащий по меньшей мере один составной сердечник, причем составной сердечник содержит:(i) по меньшей мере один стержень, содержащий множество консолидированных термопластичных пропитанных ровингов, причем указанные ровинги содержат непрерывные волокна, ориентированные в продольном направлении, и термопластичную матрицу, в которую заделаны волокна, при этом волокна имеют отношение предела прочности при растяжении к массе на единицу длины, составляющее ориентировочно больше, чем 1,000 МПа/г/м, причем стержень содержит ориентировочно от 25 вес.% до 80 вес.% волокон и ориентировочно от 20 вес.% до 75 вес.% термопластичной матрицы, при этом термопластичная матрица содержит полиарил сульфид;(ii) покровный слой, окружающий по меньшей мере один стержень, причем указанный покровный слой содержит полиэфиркетон и по существу не содержит непрерывных волокон;причем составной сердечник имеет модуль изгиба, составляющий по меньшей мере около 10 ГПа; и(b) множество проводящих элементов, окружающих сердечник кабеля.2. Кабель по п.1, в котором:стержень содержит ориентировочно от 30 вес.% до 75 вес.% волокон;волокна представляют собой углеродные волокна; иполиарил сульфид представляет собой полифенилен сульфид.3. Кабель по п.2, в котором волокна имеют отношение предела прочности при растяжении к массе на единицу длины, составляющее ориентировочно от 5,500 до 20,000 МПа/г/м.4. Кабель по п.1, в котором составной сердечник имеет:модуль изгиба ориентировочно от 15 до 200 ГПа; ипредел прочности при растяжении ориентировочно от 500 МПа до 3,500 МПа.5. Claims (19)
1. Электрический кабель, содержащий:
(a) сердечник кабеля, содержащий по меньшей мере один составной сердечник, причем составной сердечник содержит:
(i) по меньшей мере один стержень, содержащий множество консолидированных термопластичных пропитанных ровингов, причем указанные ровинги содержат непрерывные волокна, ориентированные в продольном направлении, и термопластичную матрицу, в которую заделаны волокна, при этом волокна имеют отношение предела прочности при растяжении к массе на единицу длины, составляющее ориентировочно больше, чем 1,000 МПа/г/м, причем стержень содержит ориентировочно от 25 вес.% до 80 вес.% волокон и ориентировочно от 20 вес.% до 75 вес.% термопластичной матрицы, при этом термопластичная матрица содержит полиарил сульфид;
(ii) покровный слой, окружающий по меньшей мере один стержень, причем указанный покровный слой содержит полиэфиркетон и по существу не содержит непрерывных волокон;
причем составной сердечник имеет модуль изгиба, составляющий по меньшей мере около 10 ГПа; и
(b) множество проводящих элементов, окружающих сердечник кабеля.
2. Кабель по п.1, в котором:
стержень содержит ориентировочно от 30 вес.% до 75 вес.% волокон;
волокна представляют собой углеродные волокна; и
полиарил сульфид представляет собой полифенилен сульфид.
3. Кабель по п.2, в котором волокна имеют отношение предела прочности при растяжении к массе на единицу длины, составляющее ориентировочно от 5,500 до 20,000 МПа/г/м.
4. Кабель по п.1, в котором составной сердечник имеет:
модуль изгиба ориентировочно от 15 до 200 ГПа; и
предел прочности при растяжении ориентировочно от 500 МПа до 3,500 МПа.
5. Кабель по п.1, в котором составной сердечник имеет:
модуль упругости в диапазоне ориентировочно от 70 ГПа до 300 ГПа; или
плотность в диапазоне ориентировочно от 1,2 г/см до 1,8 г/см3; или
отношение прочности к весу в диапазоне ориентировочно от 500 МПа/(г/см3) до 1,100 МПа/(г/см3); или
относительное удлинение при разрыве в диапазоне ориентировочно от 1% до 2,5%; или
коэффициент линейного теплового расширения в продольном направлении в диапазоне ориентировочно от -0,4 до 5 ppm на °С; или
радиус изгиба в диапазоне ориентировочно от 1 см до 50 см; или
фракцию пустот ориентировочно меньше, чем 6%; или
любую комбинацию этих характеристик.
6. Кабель по п.1, в котором:
стержень содержит от 2 до 20 ровингов; и
каждый ровинг содержит ориентировочно от 1,000 до 100,000 индивидуальных непрерывных волокон.
7. Кабель по п.1, в котором сердечник кабеля содержит два или больше составных сердечников.
8. Кабель по п.1, в котором сердечник кабеля представляет собой скрученный сердечник, содержащий от 2 до 37 составных сердечников, причем каждый составной сердечник имеет главным образом круглое поперечное сечение.
9. Кабель по п.1, причем указанный кабель содержит до 84 проводящих элементов, причем площадь полной поверхности проводящих элементов лежит в диапазоне ориентировочно от 167 до 3500 kcmil.
10. Кабель по п.1, в котором:
проводящие элементы содержат медь, медный сплав, алюминий, алюминиевый сплав, или любую их комбинацию; или
проводящие элементы расположены в 2, 3 или 4 слоя вокруг сердечника кабеля; или
проводящие элементы имеют главным образом круглое поперечное сечение или главным образом трапецевидное поперечное сечение; или
проводящие элементы имеют любую комбинацию этих характеристик.
11. Кабель по п.10, в котором проводящие элементы содержат алюминий или алюминиевый сплав, имеющий МАКО удельную электропроводность в диапазоне ориентировочно от 59% до 65%.
12. Кабель по п.1, который имеет:
провисание, при номинальной температуре 180°С, для 300-метрового пролета с NESC легким нагруженном, в диапазоне ориентировочно от 3 до 9,5 м; и
провисание, при номинальной температуре 180°С, для 300-метрового пролета с NESC тяжелым нагружением, в диапазоне ориентировочно от 3 до 7,5 м.
13. Кабель по п.1, который имеет:
параметр механического напряжения в диапазоне ориентировочно от 20 МПа до 50 МПа; или
10-летний показатель ползучести при 15% RBS (расчетного напряжения разрушения), составляющий ориентировочно меньше, чем 0,2%; или
10-летний показатель ползучести при 30% RBS (расчетного напряжения разрушения), составляющий ориентировочно меньше, чем 0,25%; или
максимальную рабочую температуру в диапазоне ориентировочно от 100°С до 250°С; или
любую комбинацию этих параметров.
14. Кабель по п.1, проходящий эолийское испытание на виброустойчивость при 100 миллионах циклов.
15. Кабель по п.1, который дополнительно содержит частичный или полный слой ленты между сердечником кабеля и множеством проводящих элементов.
16. Кабель по п.1, представляющий собой высоковольтный воздушный передающий кабель.
17. Способ изготовления электрического кабеля по п.1, который включает в себя следующие операции:
(A) использование сердечника кабеля, содержащего по меньшей мере один составной сердечник; и
(B) окружение сердечника кабеля множеством проводящих элементов.
18. Способ по п.17, который дополнительно включает в себя операцию обертывания сердечника кабеля лентой, частично или полностью, ранее проведения операции (В).
19. Способ по п.17, который дополнительно включает в себя операцию покрытия сердечника кабеля полимерным материалом, частично или полностью, ранее проведения операции (В).
