背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线(每组至少两根)绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层,电缆具有内通电,外绝缘的特征。而外包的高度绝缘的覆盖层就是电缆护套,电缆护套是电缆最重要的保护层。在寒冷地区使用的电缆,每年因为电缆断裂造成的损失巨大,所以需要一种防冻性能好的电缆护套,而电缆在使用和架设过程中需要有很好的抗拉性能才能保证使用寿命长。

本发明的方案如下:一种抗拉防冻电缆护套,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:丁腈橡胶70~100份、氧化聚乙烯30~70份、氯丁橡胶20~40份、聚四氟乙烯40~80份、聚苯乙烯25~55份、玻璃纤维15~30份、苎麻纤维2~6份和云母粉1~3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:丁腈橡胶75份、氧化聚乙烯35份、氯丁橡胶30份、聚四氟乙烯45份、聚苯乙烯30份、玻璃纤维17份、苎麻纤维3份和云母粉3份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:丁腈橡胶70份、氧化聚乙烯45份、氯丁橡胶25份、聚四氟乙烯55份、聚苯乙烯35份、玻璃纤维21份、苎麻纤维4份和云母粉2份。
进一步,按照重量份数由以下原料组成:丁腈橡胶90份、氧化聚乙烯55份、氯丁橡胶35份、聚四氟乙烯65份、聚苯乙烯45份、玻璃纤维26份、苎麻纤维5份和云母粉1份。
