一种阻燃热塑性弹性体耐扭曲电缆 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电缆,具体是一种阻燃热塑性弹性体耐扭曲电缆。
背景技术
在电缆生产行业,对于风力发电电缆来说,一般不考虑其阻燃性能。但是随着风力发电电缆使用场合的不断扩大,风力发电电缆不仅需要考虑耐扭曲性能,还要考虑阻燃性能。风力发电用电缆工作环境特殊,要求耐高低温、耐扭曲等高性能的风能电缆是势在必行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种阻燃热塑性弹性体耐扭曲电缆,该电缆具有优异的阻燃性能和耐扭曲性能。
为了达到上述技术目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种阻燃热塑性弹性体耐扭曲电缆,导体、绕包加强层、绝缘层和护套层,所述导体、绕包加强层、绝缘层和护套层由内向外依次分布,所述导体为多股软圆铜绞线用同向绞合在一起,其特征在于:绝缘层和护套层之间设置有PVC层,所述PVC层内外分别设置有第一隔氧层和第二隔氧层,所述第二隔氧层外设置有绕包带。
所述第一隔氧层和第二隔氧层的材料为无毒、无嗅、不含卤素的白色胶状物的无机金属水化物。
PVC层不仅能够起到防腐蚀的作用,还可以在第一隔氧层和第二隔氧层的白色胶状物材料形状发生变化时,对白色胶状物材料(第一隔氧层和第二隔氧层)起到支撑作用。而且,PVC层的PVC材料具有优良的伸展性能,有利于提高电缆的耐扭曲性能。
所述绕包带优选无纺布带,这样在白色胶状物材料发生热胀冷缩时,具有一定伸缩能力的无纺布能够起到缓冲的作用。同样,无纺布带的韧性有利于提高电缆的耐扭曲性能。
本实用新型的电缆结构在第一隔氧层和第二隔氧层的作用下能够具有优异的阻燃性能,可以起到抗腐蚀的作用,还可以提高电缆的耐扭曲性能。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,种阻燃热塑性弹性体耐扭曲电缆,导体8、绕包加强层7、绝缘层6和护套层1,所述导体8、绕包加强层7、绝缘层6和护套层1由内向外依次分布,所述导体8为多股软圆铜绞线用同向绞合在一起,绝缘层6和护套层1之间设置有PVC层4,所述PVC层4内外分别设置有第一隔氧层5和第二隔氧层3,所述第一隔氧层5和第二隔氧层3的材料为无毒、无嗅、不含卤素的白色胶状物的无机金属水化物。
第二隔氧层3外设置有绕包带。所述绕包带优选无纺布带,这样在白色胶状物材料发生热胀冷缩时,具有一定伸缩能力的无纺布能够起到缓冲的作用。无纺布带的韧性有利于提高电缆的耐扭曲性能。
PVC层4不仅能够起到防腐蚀的作用,还可以在第一隔氧层5和第二隔氧层3的白色胶状物材料形状发生变化时,对白色胶状物材料(第一隔氧层5和第二隔氧层3)起到支撑作用。PVC层4的PVC材料具有优良的伸展性能,有利于提高电缆的耐扭曲性能。

  1. 一种阻燃热塑性弹性体耐扭曲电缆,其特征在于导体、绕包加强层、绝缘层和护套层,所述导体、绕包加强层、绝缘层和护套层由内向外依次分布,所述导体为多股软圆铜绞线用同向绞合在一起,其特征在于:绝缘层和护套层之间设置有PVC层,所述PVC层内外分别设置有第一隔氧层和第二隔氧层,所述第二隔氧层外设置有绕包带。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃热塑性弹性体耐扭曲电缆,其特征在于:所述绕包带为无纺布带。
