本发明公开了一种添加蛭石粉的乙丙橡胶电缆护套,它的组成原料按重量份为:乙丙橡胶200份、蛭石粉10‑20份、脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷5‑10份、双酚S型环氧树脂5‑15份、铝粉3‑7份、辛酸亚锡5‑10份、陶瓷纤维5‑7份、钛白粉2‑6份、1,4‑丁二醇丙烯酸酯1.2‑2.4份、环氧丙烯酸酯4‑8份、镓0.5‑0.7份、锶0.1‑0.5份、钛1‑5份。本发明采用蛭石粉以及其他组分添加在乙丙橡胶内制得的电缆导电性能好,具有优良的耐高温、耐酸碱、抗腐蚀性能,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,同时,本发明还具有较高的抗机械损伤,防断线,抗拖拽,耐磨,防水等性能。

背景技术
