本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种绝缘抗屏蔽电缆护套。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆护套的绝缘性能、防静电性能以及耐高低温性能、耐疲劳性、抗断线能力、耐机械损伤等方面要求都特别高。

一种绝缘抗屏蔽电缆护套,所述电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚乙烯100份、三聚氰胺树脂20份、丁醇5-9份、乙二酸聚酯3-7份、聚氯乙烯12-16份、有机硅2-6份、甲壳素纤维1-5份、膨润土5-9份、沸石粉2-6份、白炭黑2-4份、蛭石粉1-3份、硬脂酸1-5份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯2-4份、硼酸锌2-4份、铬0.5-0.7份、钼0.2-0.6份、钴0.4-0.8份。
进一步地,所述电缆护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚乙烯100份、三聚氰胺树脂20份、丁醇7份、乙二酸聚酯5份、聚氯乙烯14份、有机硅4份、甲壳素纤维3份、膨润土7份、沸石粉4份、白炭黑3份、蛭石粉2份、硬脂酸3份、甲基丙烯酸丁酯3份、硼酸锌3份、铬0.6份、钼0.4份、钴0.6份。
