本发明公开了一种高强度电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铝60-100份、钼1-5份、三氧化二铝5-10份、碳化钨1-3份、氧化锌1-3份、碳化铌4-10份、硅2-6份、镍2-4份、纳米二氧化钛10-20份、锡5-7份、氧化镁3-8份、镧1-3份。本发明强度性能高,导电性能好,具有优良的耐高温性能,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀,抗拖拽,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种高强度电缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。1832年,沙俄退伍军官许林格将电报线路埋在地下,六根导线之间彼此用橡胶绝缘后同放在玻璃管内,这就是世界上最早的一条地下电缆。
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,要求电缆不仅要具备优良的耐高温和抗断线能力,而且还需要具备较强的强度。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种高强度电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强度电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铝60-100份、钼1-5份、三氧化二铝5-10份、碳化钨1-3份、氧化锌1-3份、碳化铌4-10份、硅2-6份、镍2-4份、纳米二氧化钛10-20份、锡5-7份、氧化镁3-8份、镧1-3份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铝80份、钼3份、三氧化二铝8份、碳化钨2份、氧化锌2份、碳化铌7份、硅4份、镍3份、纳米二氧化钛15份、锡6份、氧化镁5份、镧2份作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:丁腈橡胶30份、镁18份、钛7份、锂2份、氧化锌2份、硬脂酸7份、二苯甲酸酯4份、镍3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明强度性能高,导电性能好,具有优良的耐高温性能,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀,抗拖拽,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。

1.一种高强度电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,其特征在于,所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铝60-100份、钼1-5份、三氧化二铝5-10份、碳化钨1-3份、氧化锌1-3份、碳化铌4-10份、硅2-6份、镍2-4份、纳米二氧化钛10-20份、锡5-7份、氧化镁3-8份、镧1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度电缆,其特征在于:所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铝80份、钼3份、三氧化二铝8份、碳化钨2份、氧化锌2份、碳化铌7份、硅4份、镍3份、纳米二氧化钛15份、锡6份、氧化镁5份、镧2份。
