背景技术

本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种防静电铜合金电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防静电铜合金电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,1.所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铝40-50份、铜5-15份、聚醚多元醇5-9份、蛭石粉1-5份、纳米氧化锌1-5份、锆2-4份、辛酸亚锡1-5份、聚氧硅烷1-3份、硅1-3份、锰2-6份、铬4-6份、镧1-3份、铁8-12份、锡1-3份、硫黄3-5份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铝45份、铜10份、聚醚多元醇7份、蛭石粉3份、纳米氧化锌3份、锆3份、辛酸亚锡3份、聚氧硅烷2份、硅2份、锰4份、铬5份、镧2份、铁10份、锡2份、硫黄4份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有优良的防静电性能,导电性能好,用途广泛,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,同时,本发明还具备耐高温抗冻,防水,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀,抗拖拽。
