为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种铬合金高性能电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的橡胶保护套组成,所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:
铜250-270份、铝50-60份、铬10-20份、锶1-3份、锰1-3份、硼1-5份、钛3-5份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:
铜260份、铝55份、铬15份、锶2份、锰2份、硼3份、钛4份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明导电性能好,成本低,耐酸碱,抗腐蚀,耐高温,抗拖拽,防寒抗冻,能够广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
