本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种镍合金高性能电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,要求电缆不仅要具备优良的耐高温和抗断线能力,而且还需要具备较强的抗拖拽性能。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种镍合金高性能电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种镍合金高性能电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的橡胶保护套组成,所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:
铝200-240份、镍5-10份、钨1-3份、锆1-3份、玻璃纤维2-4份、铌1-5份、硼1-5份、钒1-3份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:
铝220份、镍7份、钨2、锆2份、玻璃纤维3份、铌3份、硼3份、钒2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明导电性能好,耐高低温,防寒抗冻,抗拖拽,防断丝,耐酸碱,能够广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
