本发明公开了一种耐酸碱抗腐蚀电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚氯乙烯120-140份、乙丙橡胶30-40份、二氧化钛5-7份、碳纤维2-6份、纳米氧化锌1-5份、镍1-5份、膨润土5-15份、钴2-6份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷5-15份、钼1-3份、锰1-5份、玻璃纤维6-10份、钨2-4份、钒1-3份、锂1-3份、镍5-9份、铬2-4份、钇1-3份。该电缆导电性能好,抗拖拽,耐磨性能高,耐高温,抗腐蚀,耐酸耐油,抗拖拽,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种耐酸碱抗腐蚀电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,对电缆的耐高低温性能、耐疲劳性、抗断线能力、抗干扰能力、低烟无卤、耐机械损伤等方面要求都特别高。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种耐酸碱抗腐蚀电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐酸碱抗腐蚀电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚氯乙烯120-140份、乙丙橡胶30-40份、二氧化钛5-7份、碳纤维2-6份、纳米氧化锌1-5份、镍1-5份、膨润土5-15份、钴2-6份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷5-15份、钼1-3份、锰1-5份、玻璃纤维6-10份、钨2-4份、钒1-3份、锂1-3份、镍5-9份、铬2-4份、钇1-3份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚氯乙烯130份、乙丙橡胶35份、二氧化钛6份、碳纤维4份、纳米氧化锌3份、镍3份、膨润土10份、钴4份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、钼2份、锰3份、玻璃纤维8份、钨3、钒2份、锂2份、镍7份、铬3份、钇2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆导电性能好,抗拖拽,耐磨性能高,耐高温,抗腐蚀,耐酸耐油,抗拖拽,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
