本发明公开了一种耐高温耐磨损PVC电缆料,它是由下述重量份数的原料制备而成,PVC树脂60份;耐高温ACR助剂16份;聚氨酯10份;硅酮粉8份;偏苯三酸三辛酯7份;玻璃纤维7份;金刚砂5份;碳纤维5份;硼酸锌4份;硬脂酸1份。该耐高温耐磨损PVC电缆料耐高温耐磨损性能好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体讲是一种耐高温耐磨损PVC电缆料。
背景技术:
电缆铺设、使用过程中会不断与地面、墙壁等硬质物体接触,因此,要求电缆具有一定的耐磨性,尤其是在一些极度环境中使用,例如煤矿、建筑等恶劣环境中,对电力信号输出提出了更苛刻的要求,要求电缆应具备更好的耐磨性能以及耐高温性能。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种耐高温耐磨的耐高温耐磨损PVC电缆料。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种耐高温耐磨损PVC电缆料,它是由下述重量份数的原料制备而成,
PVC树脂60份;
耐高温ACR助剂16份;
聚氨酯10份;
硅酮粉8份;
偏苯三酸三辛酯7份;
玻璃纤维7份;
金刚砂5份;
碳纤维5份;
硼酸锌4份;
钙锌复合稳定剂3份;
纳米二氧化钛3份;
气相二氧化硅3份;
环氧大豆油2份;
硅酸盐1份;
硬脂酸1份。
本发明与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:通过上述物料配比,制作可以耐高温耐磨损的线缆材料,其拉绳强度在20MPa。

实施例1
一种耐高温耐磨损PVC电缆料,它是由下述重量份数的原料制备而成,
PVC树脂60份;
耐高温ACR助剂16份;
聚氨酯10份;
硅酮粉8份;
偏苯三酸三辛酯7份;
玻璃纤维7份;
金刚砂5份;
碳纤维5份;
硼酸锌4份;
钙锌复合稳定剂3份;
纳米二氧化钛3份;
气相二氧化硅3份;
环氧大豆油2份;
硅酸盐1份;
硬脂酸1份。
需要说明的是,其中的钙锌稳定剂也可以采用钙盐稳定剂和锌盐稳定剂来替代,另外,耐高温ACR助剂型号为LS-60。

金刚砂5份;
碳纤维5份;
硼酸锌4份;
钙锌复合稳定剂3份;
纳米二氧化钛3份;
气相二氧化硅3份;
环氧大豆油2份;
硅酸盐1份;
硬脂酸1份。
