本发明涉及电缆料技术领域,具体是一种耐磨抗菌电缆料。
背景技术
电线电缆包括裸线、电器装备用电线电缆、电力电缆、通信电缆和光缆、绕组线,电缆料是电线电缆绝缘及护套用塑料的俗称,所用高分子材料主要有聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、氟塑料、氯化聚醚和聚酰胺等,这类高分子材料具有轻质、耐化学腐蚀、易加工成型、电绝缘性能优异、力学及抗疲劳性能优良等特点。
对有些特种行业需要在重型机械上使用电缆,并且需要跟随设备不断移动,不断与地面、墙壁灯物体接触,常规电缆则不能满足其耐磨性要求。现有技术中,电缆的抗菌性还需要进一步地提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨抗菌电缆料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种耐磨抗菌电缆料,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯40-50份、硅橡胶10-15份、硬脂酸钠2-3份、芳纶短纤维5-6份、蒙脱石5-10份、石蜡2-5份、载银沸石1-5份、大蒜素2-4份、微晶纤维素1-4份、偶联剂2-6份、改性壳聚糖2-4份、纳米硫酸钡1-3份、耐磨粉3-8份、氧化锌晶须2-5份、石墨烯1-3份、抗氧剂3-5份、消烟剂5-10份、阻燃剂5-8份、改性填充料6-8份。
所述耐磨粉由陶瓷粉、二氧化硅颗粒、竹炭粉和氧化铝颗粒组成,其中陶瓷粉:二氧化硅颗粒:竹炭粉:氧化铝颗粒为3:2:2:1,按重量比计,陶瓷粉的粒度为200目,二氧化硅颗粒的粒度为50目。

所述的改性填充料由以下重量份的原料制成:3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基6份、增韧剂1.5份、植物油3.5份、磁石4份、硼酸锌2份、纳米氧化铝3.5份、多聚磷酸铝3份、纳米二氧化钛5份、多聚磷酸铝6份、滑石粉4份、云母粉7份、有机膨润土5份、碳酸钙7份、十四碳醇酯5份、防霉剂3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明以聚氯乙烯为主料,配合其他辅料和填充料,不含对人和环境有较大损害的铅、镉、六价铬、汞等重金属,满足标准对环保的要求,安全环保,使得耐磨性、机械加工性能好,切割方便不费力,而且抗磁性能、防水性能、耐高温性能、耐化学腐蚀性能都比普通电缆料明显提升,生物降解周期短,生产成本低,经济价值高,前景非常广;通过添加载银沸石、大蒜素,使得本发明具有良好的抗菌性;同时具有材料选用合理、阻燃、低烟无卤、使用寿命长等优点,在出现突发情况,产生的物质对人体、自然环境无害。
