本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种超高分子量聚乙烯电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,特别是井下使用的电缆要求更高,对电缆的防水、耐高低温性能、耐疲劳性、抗断线能力、抗干扰能力、耐机械损伤等方面要求都特别高。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种超高分子量聚乙烯电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种超高分子量聚乙烯电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯240-280份、乙丙橡胶160-180份、1,4-丁二醇丙烯酸酯8-12份、硼1-3份、锶1-3份、碳黑6-8份、二氧化钛6-10份、钴1-3份、镓1-5份、增塑剂3-5份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯260份、乙丙橡胶170份、1,4-丁二醇丙烯酸酯10份、硼2份、锶2份、碳黑7份、二氧化钛8份、钴2份、镓3份、增塑剂4份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆导电性能好,抗拖拽,防断线,防寒抗冻,具有优良的耐高温,耐酸碱,抗腐蚀等性能,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
