本发明公开了一种水下使用的防水电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯100份、乙丙橡胶25份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物15份、无机钙盐1‑5份、聚烯烃树脂6‑12份、钛白粉1‑3份、季戊四醇2‑6份、玻璃纤维6‑8份、聚丙烯酰胺5‑9份、硫酸铝钾2‑6份、膨润土1‑5份。本发明具备较高的防水性能,主要运用于水下、地下等领域使用的电缆,同时,本发明还具备优良的耐高低温、抗机械损伤、抗拖拽性能以及耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、抗干扰等性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种水下使用的防水电缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,尤其是常年使用在水下或者埋设在地下使用的电缆,要求其必须具备较高的防水等能力。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种水下使用的防水电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水下使用的防水电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯100份、乙丙橡胶25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份、无机钙盐1-5份、聚烯烃树脂6-12份、钛白粉1-3份、季戊四醇2-6份、玻璃纤维6-8份、聚丙烯酰胺 5-9份、硫酸铝钾2-6份、膨润土1-5份。
进一步地,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯100份、乙丙橡胶25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份、无机钙盐3份、聚烯烃树脂9份、钛白粉2份、季戊四醇4份、玻璃纤维7份、聚丙烯酰胺 7份、硫酸铝钾4份、膨润土3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明具备较高的防水性能,主要运用于水下、地下等领域使用的电缆,同时,本发明还具备优良的耐高低温、抗机械损伤、抗拖拽性能以及耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、抗干扰等性能。

本发明实施例中,一种水下使用的防水电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯100份、乙丙橡胶25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份、无机钙盐1-5份、聚烯烃树脂6-12份、钛白粉1-3份、季戊四醇2-6份、玻璃纤维6-8份、聚丙烯酰胺 5-9份、硫酸铝钾2-6份、膨润土1-5份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯100份、乙丙橡胶25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份、无机钙盐3份、聚烯烃树脂9份、钛白粉2份、季戊四醇4份、玻璃纤维7份、聚丙烯酰胺 7份、硫酸铝钾4份、膨润土3份。

1.一种水下使用的防水电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,其特征在于,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯100份、乙丙橡胶25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份、无机钙盐1-5份、聚烯烃树脂6-12份、钛白粉1-3份、季戊四醇2-6份、玻璃纤维6-8份、聚丙烯酰胺 5-9份、硫酸铝钾2-6份、膨润土1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水下使用的防水电缆,其特征在于:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯100份、乙丙橡胶25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物15份、无机钙盐3份、聚烯烃树脂9份、钛白粉2份、季戊四醇4份、玻璃纤维7份、聚丙烯酰胺 7份、硫酸铝钾4份、膨润土3份。
