本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种环保无卤低烟耐热阻燃聚烯烃绝缘电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括导体,所述的导体的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述的电缆芯之间设置有用于隔离阻断电缆芯触碰的齿状隔离带,所述的齿状隔离带为分段状,所述的齿状隔离带的横截面为齿状,所述的齿状隔离带上连接有高铁铝合金屏蔽层,所述的高铁铝合金屏蔽层的外部挤包有缓冲防水层,所述的缓冲防水层的外部挤包金属铠装层,所述的金属铠装层的外部挤包有无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套,利用齿状隔离带防止电缆芯相互碰撞;将齿状隔离带与高铁铝合金屏蔽层连接,保障电缆内部稳定,同时金属耐热;采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃作为护套,低烟无毒污染小。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种环保无卤低烟耐热阻燃聚烯烃绝缘电缆。
背景技术
随着电缆使用范围的增长,传统的电缆护套在发生火灾燃烧时,具有浓烟、有毒高污染的副作用,虽然成本低廉,但是在人们逃生时,会影响人们逃生时间,因此,提出一种新的电缆取代传统电缆刻不容缓。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种环保无卤低烟耐热阻燃聚烯烃绝缘电缆。
一种环保无卤低烟耐热阻燃聚烯烃绝缘电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括导体,所述的导体的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述的电缆芯之间设置有用于隔离阻断电缆芯触碰的齿状隔离带,所述的齿状隔离带为分段状,所述的齿状隔离带的横截面为齿状,所述的齿状隔离带上连接有高铁铝合金屏蔽层,所述的高铁铝合金屏蔽层的外部挤包有缓冲防水层,所述的缓冲防水层的外部挤包金属铠装层,所述的金属铠装层的外部挤包有无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套。
所述的缓冲防水层为玻璃纤维以及树脂的混合物。
所述的导体与交联聚乙烯绝缘层之间、交联聚乙烯绝缘层与高铁铝合金屏蔽层之间均设置有填充绳。
所述的齿状隔离带分为三段,在齿状隔离带上设置电缆芯并相互嵌住。
本发明的有益效果是:利用齿状隔离带对电缆芯进行卡合防止电缆芯相互碰撞;将齿状隔离带与高铁铝合金屏蔽层连接,保障电缆内部稳定,同时金属耐热;采用无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃作为护套,在发生火灾时低烟无毒污染小,便于人们逃生。

如图1所示,一种环保无卤低烟耐热阻燃聚烯烃绝缘电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括导体3,所述的导体3的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层4,所述的电缆芯之间设置有用于隔离阻断电缆芯触碰的齿状隔离带2,所述的齿状隔离带2为分段状,所述的齿状隔离带2的横截面为齿状,所述的齿状隔离带2上连接有高铁铝合金屏蔽层8,所述的高铁铝合金屏蔽层8的外部挤包有缓冲防水层6,所述的缓冲防水层6的外部挤包金属铠装层5,所述的金属铠装层5的外部挤包有无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃护套7。
所述的缓冲防水层6为玻璃纤维以及树脂的混合物。
所述的导体3与交联聚乙烯绝缘层4之间、交联聚乙烯绝缘层4与高铁铝合金屏蔽层8之间均设置有填充绳1。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保无卤低烟耐热阻燃聚烯烃绝缘电缆,其特征在于:所述的缓冲防水层(6)为玻璃纤维以及树脂的混合物。
