本发明公开了一种抗拖拽电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚苯乙烯4060份、γ氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷515份、乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物515份、二乙醇胺24份、钛46份、锰24份、硅26份、铜13份、锆13份、非聚合物增塑剂24份。本发明具有优良的抗拖拽性能,导电性能好,耐高温,防水,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀,用途广泛,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种抗拖拽电缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。1832年,沙俄退伍军官许林格将电报线路埋在地下,六根导线之间彼此用橡胶绝缘后同放在玻璃管内,这就是世界上最早的一条地下电缆。
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,要求电缆不仅要具备优良的耐高温和抗断线能力,而且还需要具备较强的抗拖拽性能。

本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种抗拖拽电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗拖拽电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚苯乙烯40-60份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷5-15份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物5-15份、二乙醇胺2-4份、钛4-6份、锰2-4份、硅2-6份、铜1-3份、锆 1-3份、非聚合物增塑剂2-4份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚苯乙烯50份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10份、二乙醇胺3份、钛5份、锰3份、硅4份、铜2份、锆 2份、非聚合物增塑剂3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有优良的抗拖拽性能,导电性能好,耐高温,防水,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀,用途广泛,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
