技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种钛合金高性能电缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。1832年,沙俄退伍军官许林格将电报线路埋在地下,六根导线之间彼此用橡胶绝缘后同放在玻璃管内,这就是世界上最早的一条地下电缆。
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,要求电缆不仅要具备优良的耐高温和抗断线能力,而且还需要具备较强的抗拖拽性能。

本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种钛合金高性能电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种钛合金高性能电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的橡胶保护套组成,所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:
铜260-280份、钛10-20份、千枚岩5-15份、纳米氧化锌3-5份、铬1-3份、硼1-3份、铬2-4份。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:
铜270份、钛15份、千枚岩10份、纳米氧化锌4份、铬2份、硼2份、铬3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆导电性能好,具有优良的耐高温和抗拖拽性能,用途广泛,同时,本发明还具有抗机械损伤,抗干扰,防水,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀等性能。
