本发明公开了一种耐酸碱抗腐蚀电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯150-170份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯50-60份、脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷10-14份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷5-15份、氧化铝1-5份、甲基异丁酮2-8份、膨润土5-15份、沸石粉2-6份、甲苯二异氰酸酯5-12份、蛭石粉1-3份、硬脂酸1-5份、有机硅6-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠2-4份、钒1-3份、锡1-3份、镍5-9份、铬2-4份、钇1-3份。本发明配方合理科学,该电缆导电性能好,具有优良的耐酸碱和抗腐蚀性能,同时,本发明抗拖拽,防断线,耐磨性能高,耐高温,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种耐酸碱抗腐蚀电缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。1832年,沙俄退伍军官许林格将电报线路埋在地下,六根导线之间彼此用橡胶绝缘后同放在玻璃管内,这就是世界上最早的一条地下电缆。
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,对电缆的耐高低温性能、耐疲劳性、抗断线能力、抗干扰能力、低烟无卤、耐机械损伤等方面要求都特别高。

本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种耐酸碱抗腐蚀电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种耐酸碱抗腐蚀电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:1.超高分子量聚乙烯150-170份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯50-60份、脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷10-14份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷5-15份、氧化铝1-5份、甲基异丁酮2-8份、膨润土5-15份、沸石粉2-6份、甲苯二异氰酸酯5-12份、蛭石粉1-3份、硬脂酸1-5份、有机硅6-10份、十二烷基硫酸钠2-4份、钒1-3份、锡1-3份、镍5-9份、铬2-4份、钇1-3份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:超高分子量聚乙烯160份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯55份、脲基丙基三乙氧基硅烷12份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷10份、氧化铝3份、甲基异丁酮5份、膨润土10份、沸石粉4份、甲苯二异氰酸酯8份、蛭石粉2份、硬脂2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理科学,该电缆导电性能好,具有优良的耐酸碱和抗腐蚀性能,同时,本发明抗拖拽,防断线,耐磨性能高,耐高温,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
