一种抗拉伸防断线电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铜200-220份、钒0.1-0.8份、钪0.2-0.8份、镓0.4-0.6份、锶0.3-0.5份、钨0.6-0.8份、锡0.3-0.6份、镍0.2-0.4份、钛0.5-1.5份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述电缆线芯的原料按重量份的组分为:铜210份、钒0.5份、钪0.5份、镓0.5份、锶0.4份、钨0.7份、锡0.4份、镍0.3份、钛1份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆导电性能好,抗拉伸,防断线,具有较高的抗机械损伤,耐高温,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀等性能,广泛运用于发电、船舶、计算机等领域。
