本发明公开了一种电缆护套,该电缆的原料按重量份的组分为:丁晴橡胶65份、乙丙橡胶25份、环氧树脂10份、丙酮纳6‑10份、碳化铌1‑3份、白炭黑6‑10份、膨润土4‑6份、铬0.8‑1.6份、铪0.2‑0.6份、碳化铌1‑3份、硅2‑6份、沸石粉4‑8份、饱和聚酯1‑5份、聚醚多元醇1‑5份、苯并三唑2‑4份。该电缆护套绝缘性高,具备较高的强度,耐酸碱、抗腐蚀,耐高低温,抗氧化,抗拖拽、防断线,耐疲劳以及防水等性能,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。

本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种电缆护套。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电缆护套,该电缆的原料按重量份的组分为:丁晴橡胶65份、乙丙橡胶25份、环氧树脂10份、丙酮纳6-10份、碳化铌1-3份、白炭黑6-10份、膨润土4-6份、铬0.8-1.6份、铪0.2-0.6份、碳化铌1-3份、硅2-6份、沸石粉4-8份、饱和聚酯1-5份、聚醚多元醇1-5份、苯并三唑2-4份。
进一步地,该电缆的原料按重量份的组分为:丁晴橡胶65份、乙丙橡胶25份、环氧树脂10份、丙酮纳8份、碳化铌2份、白炭黑8份、膨润土5份、铬1.2份、铪0.4份、碳化铌2份、硅4份、沸石粉6份、饱和聚酯3份、聚醚多元醇3份、苯并三唑3份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆护套绝缘性高,具备较高的强度,耐酸碱、抗腐蚀,耐高低温,抗氧化,抗拖拽、防断线,耐疲劳以及防水等性能,广泛运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域。
