本发明公开了一种抗氧化耐高温高聚苯乙烯电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:高聚苯乙烯100份、乙丙橡胶35份、乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物10份、机硅改性丙烯酸酯5份、白炭黑1‑5份、甲苯二异氰酸酯1‑5份、钛1‑3份、偏亚硫酸钠3‑7份、有机硅1‑5份、玻璃纤维1‑3份、三聚磷酸钠0.8‑1.5份、硼酸锌0.6‑0.8份、硅酸铝2‑4份、镧0.2‑0.4份、防老剂0.8‑2.5份、钪0.2‑0.6份。本发明采用高聚苯乙烯作为主要材料,该电缆导电性能好,具备优良的抗氧化性能、耐高温性能,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,同时,耐酸耐油,抗机械损伤,防水,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀等。

本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种抗氧化耐高温高聚苯乙烯电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,对电缆的抗氧化性能、耐高低温性能、耐疲劳性、抗断线能力、抗干扰能力、耐机械损伤等方面要求都特别高。
发明内容
本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种抗氧化耐高温高聚苯乙烯电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抗氧化耐高温高聚苯乙烯电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:高聚苯乙烯100份、乙丙橡胶35份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10份、机硅改性丙烯酸酯5份、白炭黑1-5份、甲苯二异氰酸酯1-5份、钛1-3份、偏亚硫酸钠3-7份、有机硅1-5份、玻璃纤维1-3份、三聚磷酸钠0.8-1.5份、硼酸锌0.6-0.8份、硅酸铝2-4份、镧0.2-0.4份、防老剂0.8-2.5份、钪0.2-0.6份。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用高聚苯乙烯作为主要材料,该电缆导电性能好,具备优良的抗氧化性能、耐高温性能,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,同时,耐酸耐油,抗机械损伤,防水,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀等。
