一种抗拖拽加强电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:氯丁橡胶100-120份、酚醛树脂40-60份、白炭黑2-4份、三氧化二铝8-10份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷4-6份、沸石粉2-6份、玻璃纤维10-14份、有机硅6-10份、镍2-4份、纳米二氧化钛5-15份、镧1-3份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:氯丁橡胶110份、酚醛树脂50份、白炭黑3份、三氧化二铝9份、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷5份、沸石粉4份、玻璃纤维12份、有机硅8份、镍3份、纳米二氧化钛10份、镧2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆导电性能好,具有优良的抗拖拽性能,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,同时,本发明还具有优良的耐高温,耐酸碱,防静电,防水,防断线,抗机械损伤等性能。
