本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种防静电抗干扰电缆。
背景技术
电缆通常是由几根或几组导线[每组至少两根]绞合而成的类似绳索的电缆,每组导线之间相互绝缘,并常围绕着一根中心扭成,整个外面包有高度绝缘的覆盖层。多架设在空中或装在地下、水底,用于电讯或电力输送。
目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,特别是对电缆的护套要求更高,要求其必须具备较高的防静电、抗干扰能力,同时,还需具备耐高低温性能、耐疲劳性、防水、抗断线能力等方面性能。

本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种防静电抗干扰电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防静电抗干扰电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚乙烯200份、聚氯乙烯50份、二氧化硅超细粉1-10份、环烷酸锰1-3份、聚乙烯醇4-6份、玻璃纤维2-4份、丙烯酸异辛脂3-5份、纳米氧化锌2-4份、硼酸锌1-3份。
所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:聚乙烯200份、聚氯乙烯50份、二氧化硅超细粉5份、环烷酸锰2份、聚乙烯醇5份、玻璃纤维3份、丙烯酸异辛脂4份、纳米氧化锌3份、硼酸锌2份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明配方合理科学,电缆导电性能好,具有优良的防静电、抗干扰能力,用途广泛,主要运用于发电、冶金、化工石油等领域,同时,本发明还具有较高的耐高温,防断线、抗拖拽,耐磨、抗机械损伤,耐酸碱、抗腐蚀等性能。
