目前,随着社会经济的发展,我国对电缆市场需求不断扩大以及对电缆的科研投入的不断深入,同时对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,特别是井下使用的电缆要求更高,对电缆的防水、耐高低温性能、耐疲劳性、抗断线能力、抗干扰能力、耐机械损伤等方面要求都特别高。

本发明针对以上不足,目的在于提供一种计算机用碳化铌电缆。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种计算机用碳化铌电缆,它是由电缆线芯以及电缆线芯外部包裹的保护套组成,所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:乙丙橡胶140-160份、硼2-6份、铬1-3份、锌5-10份、钛2-6份、镍1-3份、玻璃纤维2-6份、碳化铌4-10份。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述保护套的原料按重量份的组分为:乙丙橡胶150份、硼4份、铬2份、锌7份、钛4份、镍2份、玻璃纤维4份、碳化铌7份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该电缆导电性能好,具有优良的耐油和抗腐蚀性能,用途广泛,同时,本发明还具有优良的抗干扰,防静电,防水,抗拖拽,耐酸碱,防断线,抗机械损伤等性能。
