技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品领域,具体涉及一种耐低温高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管。
背景技术
高密度聚乙烯俗称低压聚乙烯,与LDPE及LLDPE相较,有较高之耐温、耐油性、耐蒸汽渗透性及抗环境应力开裂性,此外电绝缘性和抗冲击性及耐寒性能很好,主要应用于吹塑、注塑等领域。
电缆护套是电缆的最外层,外面穿的管叫保护管。随着生产力的不断发展,当下使用的聚乙烯护套已无法满足使用的要求,因此急需一种新型改性聚乙烯来填补市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由高密度聚乙烯、增韧剂、填充剂、偶联剂、增塑剂以及架桥剂,具有韧性高、耐磨性好、强度大、质量稳定、加工生产方便、耐低温性好、使用寿命长的特点的耐低温高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管。
本发明的技术方案是,一种耐低温高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管,所述耐低温高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管由高密度聚乙烯、增韧剂、填充剂、偶联剂、增塑剂以及架桥剂,所述增韧剂为液体丙烯酸酯橡胶,所述填充剂为云母粉,所述偶联剂为γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷,所述增塑剂为马来酸二辛酯,所述架桥剂为三甲基六亚甲基二胺,所述耐低温高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管各成分所占份数分别为所述高密度聚乙烯占100-110份,所述液体丙烯酸酯橡胶占25-29份,所述云母粉占32-36份,所述γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷占7-10份,所述马来酸二辛酯占6-9份,所述三甲基六亚甲基二胺占18-22份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐低温高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管各成分所占份数具体为所述高密度聚乙烯占101份,所述液体丙烯酸酯橡胶占26份,所述云母粉占33份,所述γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷占8份,所述马来酸二辛酯占7份,所述三甲基六亚甲基二胺占19份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述耐低温高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管各成分所占份数具体为所述高密度聚乙烯占109份,所述液体丙烯酸酯橡胶占28份,所述云母粉占35份,所述γ-巯丙基三乙氧基硅烷占9份,所述马来酸二辛酯占8份,所述三甲基六亚甲基二胺占21份。
