本发明涉及塑料技术领域,尤其涉及一种高强度环保塑料。
背景技术
我们通常所用的塑料并不是一种纯物质,它是由许多材料配制而成的。其中高分子聚合物是塑料的主要成分,此外,为了改进塑料的性能,还要在高分子化合物中添加各种辅助材料,如填料、增塑剂、润滑剂、稳定剂、着色剂、抗静电剂等,才能成为性能良好的塑料。但现有塑料强度较低,韧性较差,环保性有待提高。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供一种耐冲击,强度高,韧性好,经济环保的高强度环保塑料。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种高强度环保塑料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
低密度聚乙烯树脂50-70份,线性聚乙烯树脂26-34份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂8-13份,聚苯乙烯20-24份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯7-10份,甲基硅油10-15份,石棉纤维11-14份,三氟乙酸3-8份,二氯甲烷9-13份,苯甲醇4-8份,磷酸铵6-7份,乙丙胶8-10份。
上述的高强度环保塑料,由以下质量份数的原料制成:
低密度聚乙烯树脂60份,线性聚乙烯树脂30份,乙烯醋酸乙烯树脂11份,聚苯乙烯22份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯8份,甲基硅油13份,石棉纤维12份,三氟乙酸6份,二氯甲烷11份,苯甲醇6份,磷酸铵6.5份,乙丙胶9份。
