Abstract
本发明揭示了一种防静电高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管,所述防静电高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管由高密度聚乙烯、抗静电剂、填充剂、交联剂、增韧剂以及分散剂组成,所述抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,所述填充剂为活性炭黑,所述交联剂为氯化丁基橡胶,所述增韧剂为乙丙橡胶,所述分散剂为乙撑基双硬脂酰胺。本发明由高密度聚乙烯、抗静电剂、填充剂、交联剂、增韧剂以及分散剂组成,具有绝缘性好、耐磨性好、强度高、韧性好、耐寒性好、分散性好、质量好、成本低、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品领域,具体涉及一种防静电高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管。
背景技术
电缆护套是电缆的最外层,外面穿的管叫保护管。高密度聚乙烯俗称低压聚乙烯,与LDPE及LLDPE相较,有较高之耐温、耐油性、耐蒸汽渗透性及抗环境应力开裂性,此外电绝缘性和抗冲击性及耐寒性能很好,主要应用于吹塑、注塑等领域。随着生产力的不断发展,当下使用的聚乙烯护套已无法满足使用的要求,因此急需一种新型改性聚乙烯来填补市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由高密度聚乙烯、抗静电剂、填充剂、交联剂、增韧剂以及分散剂组成,具有绝缘性好、耐磨性好、强度高、韧性好、耐寒性好、分散性好、质量好、成本低、使用寿命长的特点的防静电高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管。
本发明的技术方案是,一种防静电高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管,所述防静电高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管由高密度聚乙烯、抗静电剂、填充剂、交联剂、增韧剂以及分散剂组成,所述抗静电剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,所述填充剂为活性炭黑,所述交联剂为氯化丁基橡胶,所述增韧剂为乙丙橡胶,所述分散剂为乙撑基双硬脂酰胺,所述防静电高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管各成分所占份数分别为所述高密度聚乙烯占98-102份,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠占5-8份,所述活性炭黑占23-26份,所述氯化丁基橡胶占4-7份,所述乙丙橡胶占19-22份,所述乙撑基双硬脂酰胺占1-4份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防静电高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管各成分所占份数具体为所述高密度聚乙烯占99份,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠占6份,所述活性炭黑占24份,所述氯化丁基橡胶占5份,所述乙丙橡胶占20份,所述乙撑基双硬脂酰胺占2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防静电高密度聚乙烯电力电缆保护管各成分所占份数具体为所述高密度聚乙烯占101份,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠占7份,所述活性炭黑占25份,所述氯化丁基橡胶占6份,所述乙丙橡胶占21份,所述乙撑基双硬脂酰胺占3份。
