Abstract
本发明揭示了一种高强度低密度聚乙烯子管,所述高强度低密度聚乙烯子管由低密度聚乙烯、增韧剂、抗冲击改质剂、填充剂、耐溶剂添加剂以及分散剂组成,所述增韧剂为液体聚丁二烯橡胶,所述抗冲击改质剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物,所述填充剂为粘土,所述耐溶剂添加剂为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,所述分散剂为磷酸三异丙基苯酯。本发明由低密度聚乙烯、增韧剂、抗冲击改质剂、填充剂、耐溶剂添加剂以及分散剂组成,具有韧性好、机械强度高、耐磨性好、成本低、耐溶剂性好、分散性好、隔湿性好、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品领域,具体涉及一种高强度低密度聚乙烯子管。
背景技术
低密度聚乙烯为乳白色圆珠形颗粒。无毒、无味、无臭,表面无光泽。密度为0.916~0.930g/cm3。性质较柔软,具有良好的延伸性、电绝缘性、化学稳定性、加工性能和耐低温性(可耐-70℃),但机械强度、隔湿性、隔气性和耐溶剂性较差。随着生产力的不断发展,当下使用的低密度聚乙烯的给水管已无法满足使用的要求,因此急需一种新型改性低密度聚乙烯来填补市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由低密度聚乙烯、增韧剂、抗冲击改质剂、填充剂、耐溶剂添加剂以及分散剂组成,具有韧性好、机械强度高、耐磨性好、成本低、耐溶剂性好、分散性好、隔湿性好、使用寿命长的特点的高强度低密度聚乙烯子管。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高强度低密度聚乙烯子管,所述高强度低密度聚乙烯子管由低密度聚乙烯、增韧剂、抗冲击改质剂、填充剂、耐溶剂添加剂以及分散剂组成,所述增韧剂为液体聚丁二烯橡胶,所述抗冲击改质剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物,所述填充剂为粘土,所述耐溶剂添加剂为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,所述分散剂为磷酸三异丙基苯酯,所述高强度低密度聚乙烯子管各成分所占份数分别为所述低密度聚乙烯占99-104份,所述液体聚丁二烯橡胶占9-12份,所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物占6-9份,所述粘土占23-26份,所述聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯占2-5份,所述磷酸三异丙基苯酯占1-4份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高强度低密度聚乙烯子管各成分所占份数具体为所述低密度聚乙烯占100份,所述液体聚丁二烯橡胶占10份,所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物占7份,所述粘土占24份,所述聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯占3份,所述磷酸三异丙基苯酯占2份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高强度低密度聚乙烯子管各成分所占份数具体为所述低密度聚乙烯占103份,所述液体聚丁二烯橡胶占11份,所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物占8份,所述粘土占25份,所述聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯占4份,所述磷酸三异丙基苯酯占3份。

1.一种高强度低密度聚乙烯子管,其特征在于:所述高强度低密度聚乙烯子管由低密度聚乙烯、增韧剂、抗冲击改质剂、填充剂、耐溶剂添加剂以及分散剂组成,所述增韧剂为液体聚丁二烯橡胶,所述抗冲击改质剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物,所述填充剂为粘土,所述耐溶剂添加剂为聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯,所述分散剂为磷酸三异丙基苯酯,所述高强度低密度聚乙烯子管各成分所占份数分别为所述低密度聚乙烯占99-104份,所述液体聚丁二烯橡胶占9-12份,所述甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物占6-9份,所述粘土占23-26份,所述聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯占2-5份,所述磷酸三异丙基苯酯占1-4份。
