本发明公开了一种高韧性耐高温塑料合金材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:聚氯乙烯树脂40~80份,聚碳酸酯30~50份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇20~30份,活性碳酸钙10~15份,增韧剂3~8份,稳定剂1~3份,润滑剂0.5~1.5份,分散剂0.5~1份,抗氧剂0.5~1份。本发明与现有技术相比,本发明提出的塑料合金材料耐冲击,耐高温性能优异,同时具有高韧性,阻燃特性,克服了高温导致的性能迅速劣化,不宜在高温下使用的缺点,因而使得该材料更适应于各高科技制造业,具有可观的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种材料,具体为一种高韧性耐高温塑料合金材料。
背景技术
塑料合金是利用物理共混或化学接枝的方法而获得的高性能、功能化、专用化的一类新材料。塑料合金产品可广泛用于汽车、电子、精密仪器、办公设备、包装材料、建筑材料等领域。它能改善或提高现有塑料的性能并降低成本,已成为塑料工业中最为活跃的品种之一,增长十分迅速。目前市场上对于具有耐高温、韧性强的塑料合金需求日益俱增,但却没有相应的产品与之对应。。国内市场上少见高耐热塑料合金,少量销售且口碑较好的基本都是进口产品,国内产品的市场占有率更少。
聚氯乙烯可加工成各种塑料制品,按其用途可分为软质和硬质产品二大类,主要用于生透明片、管件、软硬管、板材、薄膜和电缆扩套等。聚碳酸酯具有很好的物理机械性能,冲击强度和耐温差性。对于单一的聚氯乙烯和聚碳酸酯而言,其相关的制品在性能方面有许多不足,不如合金基体组分的材料的综合性能优异,如其耐热性和力学性能均不如合金基体组分的材料,不适于在高温及要求高力学性能的环境下使用
因此,针对上述问题,本发明提出一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高韧性、耐高温,物理机械性能好的高韧性耐高温塑料合金材料。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种高韧性耐高温塑料合金材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:聚氯乙烯树脂40~80份,聚碳酸酯30~50份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇20~30份,活性碳酸钙10~15份,增韧剂3~8份,稳定剂1~3份,润滑剂0.5~1.5份,分散剂0.5~1份,抗氧剂0.5~1份。
进一步地,所述增韧剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
进一步地,所述稳定剂为三盐基马来酸铅。
进一步地,所述润滑剂为油酰胺。
进一步地,所述分散剂为硬脂酸钙。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1076。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明与现有技术相比,本发明提出的塑料合金材料耐冲击,耐高温性能优异,同时具有高韧性,阻燃特性,克服了高温导致的性能迅速劣化,不宜在高温下使用的缺点,因而使得该材料更适应于各高科技制造业,具有可观的经济效益。

一种高韧性耐高温塑料合金材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:聚氯乙烯树脂40份,聚碳酸酯30份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇20份,活性碳酸钙10份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物3份,三盐基马来酸铅1份,油酰胺0.5份,硬脂酸钙0.5份,抗氧剂1076 0.5份。
实施例2
一种高韧性耐高温塑料合金材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:聚氯乙烯树脂50份,聚碳酸酯40份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇25份,活性碳酸钙12份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物5份,三盐基马来酸铅2份,油酰胺1份,硬脂酸钙0.8份,抗氧剂1076 0.6份。
实施例3
一种高韧性耐高温塑料合金材料,包括以下重量份数的原料组份:聚氯乙烯树脂80份,聚碳酸酯50份,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇30份,活性碳酸钙15份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物8份,三盐基马来酸铅3份,油酰胺1.5份,硬脂酸钙1份,抗氧剂1076 1份。
本发明与现有技术相比,本发明提出的塑料合金材料耐冲击,耐高温性能优异,同时具有高韧性,阻燃特性,克服了高温导致的性能迅速劣化,不宜在高温下使用的缺点,因而使得该材料更适应于各高科技制造业,具有可观的经济效益。
