Abstract
本发明公开了一种耐高温工业用电缆配方,该配方中各组分的重量份数如下:PBT树脂30~40份、复合稳定剂6~8份、填充剂5~9份、皂石2~4份、抗氧化剂10~12份、聚氯乙烯30~50份、增塑剂4~6份、润滑剂6~8份、无机阻燃剂5~11份、四苯乙烯4~10份。本发明具有耐高温、防腐蚀效果好和使用寿命长等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆配方,尤其涉及一种耐高温工业用电缆配方。
背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,电缆的用量越来越多,因此人们对电缆的要求也越来越高,传统的电缆材料因其搭配不合适,在电缆出现火灾等情况时,电缆会释放大量对环境有害的气体,不仅污染了大气环境,而且会给人们的生命财产带来严重的威胁。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温工业用电缆配方。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐高温工业用电缆配方,该配方中各组分的重量份数如下:PBT树脂30~40份、复合稳定剂6~8份、填充剂5~9份、皂石2~4份、抗氧化剂10~12份、聚氯乙烯30~50份、增塑剂4~6份、润滑剂6~8份、无机阻燃剂5~11份、四苯乙烯4~10份。
上述的一种耐高温工业用电缆配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PBT树脂35份、复合稳定剂7份、填充剂7份、皂石3份、抗氧化剂11份、聚氯乙烯40份、增塑剂5份、润滑剂7份、无机阻燃剂8份、四苯乙烯7份。
上述的一种耐高温工业用电缆配方,所述润滑剂为硬脂酸或石蜡。
上述的一种耐高温工业用电缆配方,增塑剂为癸二酸二辛脂。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有耐高温、防腐蚀效果好和使用寿命长等优点,所述抗氧化剂可以有效的防止电缆出现老化开裂的情况,阻止化合物的老化并延长了其使用寿命。

一种耐高温工业用电缆配方,该配方中各组分的重量份数如下:PBT树脂30~40份、复合稳定剂6~8份、填充剂5~9份、皂石2~4份、抗氧化剂10~12份、聚氯乙烯30~50份、增塑剂4~6份、润滑剂6~8份、无机阻燃剂5~11份、四苯乙烯4~10份;PBT树脂35份、复合稳定剂7份、填充剂7份、皂石3份、抗氧化剂11份、聚氯乙烯40份、增塑剂5份、润滑剂7份、无机阻燃剂8份、四苯乙烯7份。
所述抗氧化剂可以有效的防止电缆出现老化开裂的情况,阻止化合物的老化并延长了其使用寿命。

1.一种耐高温工业用电缆配方,其特征在于,该配方中各组分的重量份数如下:PBT树脂30~40份、复合稳定剂6~8份、填充剂5~9份、皂石2~4份、抗氧化剂10~12份、聚氯乙烯30~50份、增塑剂4~6份、润滑剂6~8份、无机阻燃剂5~11份、四苯乙烯4~10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温工业用电缆配方,其特征在于,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:PBT树脂35份、复合稳定剂7份、填充剂7份、皂石3份、抗氧化剂11份、聚氯乙烯40份、增塑剂5份、润滑剂7份、无机阻燃剂8份、四苯乙烯7份。
