技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤其涉及一种 PVC 建筑材料。
背景技术
目前,PVC管材因具有耐腐蚀性强、强度高、刚性好等特点,被广泛应用在给水、建筑、排水、排污、化工等技术领域,是一种适用范围仅次于聚乙烯的塑料管材,但由于 PVC管 材的耐磨性能较差,且不可以在恶劣的环境下使用,在很大程度上制约了PVC管材的使用,现有技术中有加耐腐蚀性成分的PVC管材,但效果较差,不能满足需求。因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种PVC建筑材料。本发明采用的技术方案是:一种PVC建筑材料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的组分:PVC 树脂粉65-70份;发泡助剂25-30份;增塑剂15-20份;二氧化钛9-12份;功能助剂16-19份;石蜡3-5份;抗氧剂4-5份。
本发明的优点是:该种建筑材料采用抗氧剂和石蜡相结合,使得制造出来的建筑材料能在恶劣的环境下使用,同时增加了其它成分,耐高温和耐腐蚀效果好,满足了需求。
