本发明公开了一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PBT树脂20‑30份、聚氯乙烯20‑30份、钛白粉16‑20份、氧化锌6‑10份、增塑剂8‑16份、碳酸钙14‑20份、皂石4‑6份、抗氧化剂6‑8份、填充剂3‑7份和抗氧化剂4‑6份。本发明配方合理、科学,耐辐照性能好、防水性能好,且机械性能优异,生产出的成品电缆不仅机械物理性能比普通橡皮高,而且具有阻燃、耐磨、具有较高的使用安全性和较长的使用寿命。

一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体是一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方。
背景技术
电缆皮广泛应用于电缆制作过程中,其耐电压和绝缘电阻比较高,但介电常数和介电损耗较大,一般主要用作低压( ≤ 1KV)和中高压(6~10KV)电缆的绝缘层。传统方法制备的电缆皮耐热性和耐油性很难同时具有,尤其是当电缆皮具备耐热性能后,材料中所含的有机物含量高,遇热油容易膨胀变形,长时间浸泡还容易软烂,耐油性能难以保证。同时,传统的电缆皮制备方法复杂,不环保,制备的电缆皮易遇热遇油散发异味。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方,解决上述技术缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PBT树脂20-30份、聚氯乙烯20-30份、钛白粉16-20份、氧化锌6-10份、增塑剂8-16份、碳酸钙14-20份、皂石4-6份、抗氧化剂6-8份、填充剂3-7份和抗氧化剂4-6份。
上述一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PBT树脂20-28份、聚氯乙烯20-28份、钛白粉16-18份、氧化锌6-9份、增塑剂8-15份、碳酸钙14-19份、皂石4-5份、抗氧化剂6-7份、填充剂3-6份和抗氧化剂4-5份。
上述一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PBT树脂25份、聚氯乙烯25份、钛白粉18份、氧化锌8份、增塑剂13份、碳酸钙17份、皂石5份、抗氧化剂7份、填充剂5份和抗氧化剂5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明配方合理、科学,耐辐照性能好、防水性能好,且机械性能优异,生产出的成品电缆不仅机械物理性能比普通橡皮高,而且具有阻燃、耐磨、具有较高的使用安全性和较长的使用寿命。

一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PBT树脂25份、聚氯乙烯25份、钛白粉18份、氧化锌8份、增塑剂13份、碳酸钙17份、皂石5份、抗氧化剂7份、填充剂5份和抗氧化剂5份。
本发明配方合理、科学,耐辐照性能好、防水性能好,且机械性能优异,生产出的成品电缆不仅机械物理性能比普通橡皮高,而且具有阻燃、耐磨、具有较高的使用安全性和较长的使用寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方,其特征在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PBT树脂20-28份、聚氯乙烯20-28份、钛白粉16-18份、氧化锌6-9份、增塑剂8-15份、碳酸钙14-19份、皂石4-5份、抗氧化剂6-7份、填充剂3-6份和抗氧化剂4-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种绝缘防火耐高温电缆配方,其特征在于,按照重量份由以下原料组成:PBT树脂25份、聚氯乙烯25份、钛白粉18份、氧化锌8份、增塑剂13份、碳酸钙17份、皂石5份、抗氧化剂7份、填充剂5份和抗氧化剂5份。
