背景技术
目前,随着科学技术的发展,电缆的用量越来越多,因此人们对电缆的要求也越来越高,传统的电缆材料因其搭配不合适,在电缆出现火灾等情况时,电缆会释放大量对环境有害的气体,不仅污染了大气环境,而且会给人们的生命财产带来严重的威胁。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种防腐蚀电缆护套用配方。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种防腐蚀电缆护套用配方,该配方中各组分的重量份数如下:聚氯乙烯20~30份、碳酸钙份10~20份、复合稳定剂5~15份、固体石蜡3~5份、相容剂5~7份、偶联剂2~4份、硬脂酸铅4~8份、硅酮母料3~5份、抗氧化剂10~12份、碘化钠2~6份、阻燃剂5~9份。
上述的一种防腐蚀电缆护套用配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯25份、碳酸钙份15份、复合稳定剂10份、固体石蜡4份、相容剂6份、偶联剂3份、硬脂酸铅6份、硅酮母料4份、抗氧化剂11份、碘化钠4份、阻燃剂7份。
上述的一种防腐蚀电缆护套用配方,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝或氢氧化镁。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有防腐蚀效果好和使用寿命长等优点,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝,在受热时可以释放出结合水,吸收大量的热量,从而可以及时降低电缆内部的热量,达到防火和耐高温的目的。

一种防腐蚀电缆护套用配方,该配方中各组分的重量份数如下:聚氯乙烯20~30份、碳酸钙份10~20份、复合稳定剂5~15份、固体石蜡3~5份、相容剂5~7份、偶联剂2~4份、硬脂酸铅4~8份、硅酮母料3~5份、抗氧化剂10~12份、碘化钠2~6份、阻燃剂5~9份;上述的一种防腐蚀电缆护套用配方,由以下按照重量份的原料组成:聚氯乙烯25份、碳酸钙份15份、复合稳定剂10份、固体石蜡4份、相容剂6份、偶联剂3份、硬脂酸铅6份、硅酮母料4份、抗氧化剂11份、碘化钠4份、阻燃剂7份。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化镁或氢氧化铝,在受热时可以释放出结合水,吸收大量的热量,从而可以及时降低电缆内部的热量,达到防火和耐高温的目的。
