本发明属于电缆技术领域,具体涉及一种阻燃聚乙烯绝缘电缆料。
背景技术
电力电缆在长期工作中,很容易积聚热量而发生火灾,而火灾致人死亡的主要因素并不是火焰的直接燃烧,而是物料燃烧时产生的烟,这些烟不但产生大量的有毒物质,而且可以导致人窒息,这才是因火灾而死亡的主要因素,而现有大多数电力电缆料燃烧时都会产生大量的烟和有毒物质,而且这些多是有机聚合物,很容易燃烧,因此在火灾时助长了火势,造成更大的损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃聚乙烯绝缘电缆料。
为了解决背景技术中所存在的问题,本发明采用技术方案如下:它由原料为聚乙烯80份、氧化铝5份、氢氧化镁20-35份、抗老化剂1-5份配制而成。
本发明有以下有益效果:
本发明电缆料具有难以燃烧同时可阻止燃烧的的性能,阻燃等级可达V-0级,燃烧时不易产生含卤素的有毒物质,也不易产生烟尘,可适用于高低压电力电缆使用。
具体实施方式
    实施例1
将原料为聚乙烯80份、氧化铝5份、氢氧化镁20份、抗老化剂2份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
实施例2
将原料为聚乙烯80份、氧化铝5份、氢氧化镁25份、抗老化剂5份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
实施例3
将原料为聚乙烯80份、氧化铝5份、氢氧化镁35份、抗老化剂1份混合后用双螺杆挤出机均匀混合配制而成,最后再经造粒机进行造粒即可。
