技术领域
本发明涉及橡塑领域,具体涉及一种高强度防老化改性LDPE橡胶。
背景技术
低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)又称高压聚乙烯,是一种塑料材料,它适合热塑性成型加工的各种成型工艺,成型加工性好。 LDPE主要用途是作薄膜产品,还用于注塑制品,医疗器具,药品和食品包装材料,吹塑中空成型制品等。但是低密度聚乙烯存在机械性能差,易变形,易老化,易发脆,易应力开裂,表面硬度低,易刮伤的缺点,严重影响低密度聚乙烯的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有机械强度高、抗形变、韧性好、防开裂、耐刮擦、成本低的特点的高强度防老化改性LDPE橡胶。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高强度防老化改性LDPE橡胶,由LDPE塑料、抗冲击改质剂、防老化剂、增韧剂、润滑剂以及填充剂组成,所述抗冲击改质剂为氯化聚乙烯,所述防老化剂为六甲基磷酰三胺,所述增韧剂为液体聚丁二烯橡胶,所述润滑剂为油酰胺,所述填充剂为滑石粉,所述高强度防老化改性LDPE橡胶各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述LDPE塑料占86-92份,所述氯化聚乙烯占15-20份,所述六甲基磷酰三胺占7-11份,所述液体聚丁二烯橡胶占18-22份,所述油酰胺占4-9份,所述滑石粉占30-36份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高强度防老化改性LDPE橡胶各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述LDPE塑料占87份,所述氯化聚乙烯占16份,所述六甲基磷酰三胺占8份,所述液体聚丁二烯橡胶占19份,所述油酰胺占5份,所述滑石粉占31份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高强度防老化改性LDPE橡胶各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述LDPE塑料占91份,所述氯化聚乙烯占19份,所述六甲基磷酰三胺占10份,所述液体聚丁二烯橡胶占21份,所述油酰胺占8份,所述滑石粉占35份。
本发明所述为一种高强度防老化改性LDPE橡胶,该产品具有机械强度高、抗形变、韧性好、防开裂、耐刮擦、成本低的特点。
