本发明揭示了一种电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺,所述电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺由聚酰胺、耐高温剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂、塑化剂以及填充剂组成,所述耐高温剂为乙丙橡胶,所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑,所述抗静电剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,所述塑化剂为己二酸丙二醇聚酯,所述填充剂为玻璃纤维粉。本发明由聚酰胺、耐高温剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂、塑化剂以及填充剂组成,具有耐高温性好、阻燃性好、抗静电幸好、安全性高、加工生产方便、成本低、机械强度高、使用寿命长的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品领域,具体涉及一种电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺。
背景技术
聚酰胺俗称尼龙,它是大分子主链重复单元中含有酰胺基团的高聚物的总称。聚酰胺可由内酸胺开环聚合制得,也可由二元胺与二元酸缩聚等得到的。是美国DuPont公司最先开发用于纤维的树脂,于1939年实现工业化。20世纪50年代开始开发和生产注塑制品,以取代金属满足下游工业制品轻量化、降低成本的要求。PA具有良好的综合性能,是常用作电缆护套的材料之一。
电缆护套是电缆的最外层,外面穿的管叫保护管。随着生产力的不断发展,当下使用的聚酰胺护套已无法满足使用的要求,因此急需一种新型改性聚乙烯来填补市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由聚酰胺、耐高温剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂、塑化剂以及填充剂组成,具有耐高温性好、阻燃性好、抗静电幸好、安全性高、加工生产方便、成本低、机械强度高、使用寿命长的特点的电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺。
本发明的技术方案是,一种电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺,所述电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺由聚酰胺、耐高温剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂、塑化剂以及填充剂组成,所述耐高温剂为乙丙橡胶,所述阻燃剂为三氧化二锑,所述抗静电剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,所述塑化剂为己二酸丙二醇聚酯,所述填充剂为玻璃纤维粉,所述电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺各成分所占份数分别为所述聚酰胺占77-81份,所述乙丙橡胶占9-13份,所述三氧化二锑占2-5份,所述十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵占1-4份,所述己二酸丙二醇聚酯占4-7份,所述玻璃纤维粉占23-26份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺各成分所占份数具体为所述聚酰胺占78份,所述乙丙橡胶占10份,所述三氧化二锑占3份,所述十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵占2份,所述己二酸丙二醇聚酯占5份,所述玻璃纤维粉占24份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺各成分所占份数具体为所述聚酰胺占80份,所述乙丙橡胶占12份,所述三氧化二锑占4份,所述十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵占3份,所述己二酸丙二醇聚酯占6份,所述玻璃纤维粉占25份。
本发明所述为一种电缆用安全性好的改性聚酰胺,本发明由聚酰胺、耐高温剂、阻燃剂、抗静电剂、塑化剂以及填充剂组成,具有耐高温性好、阻燃性好、抗静电幸好、安全性高、加工生产方便、成本低、机械强度高、使用寿命长的特点。
