本发明公开了一种电缆用防断裂保护套材料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述PVC树脂5‑65份,三型树脂10‑70份,氯化聚乙烯6‑36份,白炭黑4‑24份,膨润土5‑35份,聚烯烃3‑17份,硬脂酸4‑18份,氯化聚乙烯4‑24份,尼龙3‑13份,抗冲击改性剂0.5‑2.5份,抗氧化剂0.1‑1.7份,阻燃剂0.3‑1.3份。本发明具有防断裂、安全性能好和使用寿命长等优点。

本发明涉及电缆领域,尤其涉及一种电缆用防断裂保护套材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,随着通讯领域的发展,电缆的使用量也逐渐增加,且电缆被应用于各种各样的领域中,也因此人们对电缆的要求越来越高,传统的电缆因材料选择不合理等问题,在制作成成品以后会出现容易断裂的情况,导致电缆额你不结构破损,不利于人们的长期使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种电缆用防断裂保护套材料及其制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种电缆用防断裂保护套材料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述PVC树脂5-65份,三型树脂10-70份,氯化聚乙烯6-36份,白炭黑4-24份,膨润土5-35份,聚烯烃3-17份,硬脂酸4-18份,氯化聚乙烯4-24份,尼龙3-13份,抗冲击改性剂0.5-2.5份,抗氧化剂0.1-1.7份,阻燃剂0.3-1.3份。
上述的一种电缆用防断裂保护套材料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述PVC树脂5-60份,三型树脂10-65份,氯化聚乙烯6-34份,白炭黑4-20份,膨润土5-30份,聚烯烃3-15份,硬脂酸4-14份,氯化聚乙烯4-22份,尼龙3-11份,抗冲击改性剂0.5-2.0份,抗氧化剂0.1-1.5份,阻燃剂0.3-1.1份。

(1)称取权利要求3中各物料的重量组成份数,将PVC树脂,三型树脂,氯化聚乙烯,白炭黑,膨润土,聚烯烃,硬脂酸,氯化聚乙烯和尼龙放入螺杆挤出机中,同时加入抗冲击改性剂、抗氧化剂以及阻燃剂,在180-220℃进行混炼、挤出、拉条、冷却和切粒即可。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有防断裂、安全性能好和使用寿命长等优点,能够提高电缆的抗断裂强度以及结构强度,不会出现断裂的情况,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
