本发明公开了一种耐磨防断裂电缆护套,其特征在于,由下列重量份的成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂50‑90份、合成树脂55‑75份、EVA树脂30‑50份、三元乙丙橡胶20‑45份、海绵橡胶15‑30份、聚烯烃10‑25份、聚丙烯15‑20份、焦磷酸钾2‑5份、钙‑锌稳定剂0.6‑1.2份、钛酸酯偶联剂2‑6份、对氨基苯磺酰胺1‑4份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2‑7份、硬脂酸1‑4份、滑石粉10‑17份、白炭黑0.5‑1份、微胶囊化红磷10‑20份、抗氧剂1‑4份、环氧大豆油1‑3份、润滑剂0.4‑1份。本发明具有耐磨防断裂、安全性能好和使用寿命长等优点,能够提高电缆的抗断裂强度以及结构强度,不会出现断裂的情况,延长了电缆的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电缆材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨防断裂电缆护套。
背景技术
目前,随着通讯领域的发展,电缆的使用量也逐渐增加,且电缆被应用于各种各样的领域中,也因此人们对电缆的要求越来越高,传统的电缆因材料选择不合理等问题,在制作成成品以后会出现磨损后容易断裂的情况,导致电缆的内部结构破损,不利于人们的长期使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐磨防断裂电缆护套。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐磨防断裂电缆护套,由下列重量份的成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂50-90份、合成树脂55-75份、EVA树脂30-50份、三元乙丙橡胶20-45份、海绵橡胶15-30份、聚烯烃10-25份、聚丙烯15-20份、焦磷酸钾2-5份、钙-锌稳定剂0.6-1.2 份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-6份、对氨基苯磺酰胺1-4份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2-7份、硬脂酸1-4份、滑石粉10-17份、白炭黑0.5-1份、微胶囊化红磷10-20份、抗氧剂1-4份、环氧大豆油1-3份、润滑剂0.4-1份。
上述的一种耐磨防断裂电缆护套,由下列重量份的成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂50-80份、合成树脂55-70份、EVA树脂30-45份、三元乙丙橡胶20-40份、海绵橡胶15-25份、聚烯烃10-20份、聚丙烯15-18份、焦磷酸钾2-4份、钙-锌稳定剂0.6-1份、钛酸酯偶联剂2-5份、对氨基苯磺酰胺1-3份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐2-5份、硬脂酸1-3份、滑石粉10-15份、白炭黑0.5-0.8份、微胶囊化红磷10-15份、抗氧剂1-3份、环氧大豆油1-2份、润滑剂0.4-0.7份。
上述的一种耐磨防断裂电缆护套,由下列重量份的成分组成:聚氯乙烯树脂70份、合成树脂63份、EVA树脂40份、三元乙丙橡胶30份、海绵橡胶20份、聚烯烃15份、聚丙烯17份、焦磷酸钾3份、钙-锌稳定剂0.8份、钛酸酯偶联剂4份、对氨基苯磺酰胺2份、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐4份、硬脂酸2份、滑石粉13份、白炭黑0.7份、微胶囊化红磷13份、抗氧剂2份、环氧大豆油2份、润滑剂0.6份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明具有耐磨防断裂、安全性能好和使用寿命长等优点,能够提高电缆的抗断裂强度以及结构强度,不会出现断裂的情况,延长了电缆的使用寿命。
