本发明公开了一种电梯钢丝绳用耐磨损润滑剂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油34‑59份、微晶蜡7‑16份、氧化锆1‑5份、碳化硅2‑5份、聚α烯烃1‑3份、辛基‑丁基二苯胺2‑8份、双十二碳醇酯3‑7份、柠檬酸酯3‑6份、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐2‑7份、氧化锆3‑6份、炭黑5‑10份、氮化硼1‑5份。本发明的具有使用温度范围较宽,较高的润滑能力,良好的氧化安定性能,良好的防锈和抗微动磨损性能等。在电梯使用过程中提升、牵引、拉紧中,本润滑剂能渗透到钢丝束里并粘附在钢丝绳表面,形成良好的内外润滑保护膜,提升电梯安全性能。

技术领域
本发明创造涉及一种电梯钢丝绳用耐磨损润滑剂。
背景技术
随着经济高速发展,高楼大厦如雨后春笋般耸立在城市各个地方。随之而来的电梯使用的愈来愈多,电梯的安全性就至关重要了。电梯座位一种垂直的交通工具,其中钢丝绳使用的好坏也直接关系到电梯的安全性能。
钢丝绳在电梯使用过程中提升、牵引、拉紧中,润滑剂必须要能渗透到钢丝束里并粘附在钢丝绳表面,形成良好的内外润滑保护膜。而现有的产品都不能满足其润滑防护的要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种电梯钢丝绳用耐磨损润滑剂。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种电梯钢丝绳用耐磨损润滑剂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油34-59份、微晶蜡7-16份、氧化锆1-5份、碳化硅2-5份、聚α烯烃1-3份、辛基-丁基二苯胺2-8份、双十二碳醇酯3-7份、柠檬酸酯3-6份、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐2-7份、氧化锆3-6份、炭黑5-10份、氮化硼1-5份。
上述的一种电梯钢丝绳用耐磨损润滑剂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油34-54份、微晶蜡7-12份、氧化锆1-4份、碳化硅2-4份、聚α烯烃1-2份、辛基-丁基二苯胺2-7份、双十二碳醇酯3-5份、柠檬酸酯3-4份、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐2-6份、氧化锆3-5份、炭黑5-7份、氮化硼1-4份。
上述的一种电梯钢丝绳用耐磨损润滑剂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油46份、微晶蜡9份、氧化锆3份、碳化硅3份、聚α烯烃1份、辛基-丁基二苯胺5份、双十二碳醇酯4份、柠檬酸酯3份、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐4份、氧化锆4份、炭黑6份、氮化硼3份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的具有使用温度范围较宽,较高的润滑能力,良好的氧化安定性能,良好的防锈和抗微动磨损性能等。在电梯使用过程中提升、牵引、拉紧中,本润滑剂能渗透到钢丝束里并粘附在钢丝绳表面,形成良好的内外润滑保护膜,提升电梯安全性能。

一种电梯钢丝绳用耐磨损润滑剂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油50份、微晶蜡11份、氧化锆4份、碳化硅4份、聚α烯烃2份、辛基-丁基二苯胺7份、双十二碳醇酯5份、柠檬酸酯4份、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐6份、氧化锆5份、炭黑7份、氮化硼4份。

一种电梯钢丝绳用耐磨损润滑剂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油46份、微晶蜡9份、氧化锆3份、碳化硅3份、聚α烯烃1份、辛基-丁基二苯胺5份、双十二碳醇酯4份、柠檬酸酯3份、十七烯基咪唑啉烯基丁二酸盐4份、氧化锆4份、炭黑6份、氮化硼3份。
