本发明公开了一种电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂,其特征在于,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油30‑66份、微晶蜡8‑12份、聚乙烯蜡2‑3份、纳米氧化铝5‑9份、氨基甲酸酯1‑5份、三癸酯2‑4份、对苯二甲酸酯1‑3份、硫磷化烯烃钙盐2‑5份、氟化石墨2‑7份、聚四氟乙烯2‑6份、油酸2‑4份、硼酸盐3‑7份。本发明的电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂不仅具有良好的粘附性、渗透性,还具有良好的防锈、防腐蚀性能,可以充分渗透在钢丝绳心又能覆盖钢丝绳表面,防护性能优秀。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂。
背景技术
为了预防钢丝绳内部相互移动造成的磨损,防止钢丝绳锈蚀,在运行过程中必须对电梯用钢丝绳补加润滑脂,电梯钢丝绳润滑脂在整个钢丝绳使用周期中,通过被钢丝绳不断地挤压、渗出而对钢丝绳起到润滑作用。钢丝绳在使用过程中,不断变化的拉升、松弛、滚动、牵引过程中,钢丝之间、绳与轮、绳与绳之间经常产生运动摩擦。钢丝绳必须自始至终持有能防止金属直接摩擦、降低钢丝绳的摩擦系数,使钢丝绳受力均匀,提高钢丝的疲劳弯曲性能的润滑性能,才能对电梯运行安全得到保障。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油30-66份、微晶蜡8-12份、聚乙烯蜡2-3份、纳米氧化铝5-9份、氨基甲酸酯1-5份、三癸酯2-4份、对苯二甲酸酯1-3份、硫磷化烯烃钙盐2-5份、氟化石墨2-7份、聚四氟乙烯2-6份、油酸2-4份、硼酸盐3-7份。
上述的一种电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油30-60份、微晶蜡8-10份、聚乙烯蜡2-3份、纳米氧化铝5-8份、氨基甲酸酯1-4份、三癸酯2-3份、对苯二甲酸酯1-3份、硫磷化烯烃钙盐2-4份、氟化石墨2-6份、聚四氟乙烯2-4份、油酸2-3份、硼酸盐3-6份。
上述的一种电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油48份、微晶蜡9份、聚乙烯蜡2份、纳米氧化铝6份、氨基甲酸酯3份、三癸酯2份、对苯二甲酸酯3份、硫磷化烯烃钙盐3份、氟化石墨5份、聚四氟乙烯3份、油酸2份、硼酸盐4份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂不仅具有良好的粘附性、渗透性,还具有良好的防锈、防腐蚀性能,可以充分渗透在钢丝绳心又能覆盖钢丝绳表面,防护性能优秀。

一种电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油60份、微晶蜡10份、聚乙烯蜡3份、纳米氧化铝8份、氨基甲酸酯4份、三癸酯3份、对苯二甲酸酯3份、硫磷化烯烃钙盐4份、氟化石墨6份、聚四氟乙烯4份、油酸3份、硼酸盐6份。

一种电梯钢丝绳用润滑脂,由下列重量份的成分组成:石蜡机油48份、微晶蜡9份、聚乙烯蜡2份、纳米氧化铝6份、氨基甲酸酯3份、三癸酯2份、对苯二甲酸酯3份、硫磷化烯烃钙盐3份、氟化石墨5份、聚四氟乙烯3份、油酸2份、硼酸盐4份。
