Abstract
本发明是一种钢丝绳麻芯润滑油配方,每一百份所述的钢丝绳麻芯润滑油,包括蜡膏20份、抽出油70份、高压聚乙烯4份、石油脂皂2.5份、石油磺酸盐类化合物1.5份、石墨1份、氢氧化钠0.5份和环烷酸铅0.5份。所述的石油磺酸盐类化合物为石油磺酸钠。本发明所述的一种钢丝绳麻芯润滑油配方,可以提高粘附性和防锈能力,可以增加抗压性能,可以避免钢丝绳麻芯润滑油反应而造成氧化,可以提高润滑脂的磨损性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及钢丝绳润滑领域,尤其涉及一种钢丝绳麻芯润滑油配方。
背景技术
钢丝绳润滑脂是钢丝绳的专用防护用脂,主要有钢丝绳麻芯润滑油和表面润滑油。钢丝绳麻芯润滑油主要浸演在钢丝绳的麻芯中,用以供给钢丝绳内部钢丝足够的润滑脂而不被锈蚀,表面润滑油主要用于钢丝绳表面的防护和润滑。
现有的润滑脂,例如申请号为:201110207914.1,名称为:一种生产高滴点麻芯脂的配方,是由蜡膏、抽出油和高压聚乙烯等按一定比例简单配合而成的,存在易磨损、易氧化,抗绣性差、粘附性差、抗压性差等问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种钢丝绳麻芯润滑油配方,每一百份所述的钢丝绳麻芯润滑油,包括蜡膏20份、抽出油70份、高压聚乙烯4份、石油脂皂2.5份、石油磺酸盐类化合物1.5份、石墨1份、氢氧化钠0.5份和环烷酸铅0.5份。
所述的石油磺酸盐类化合物为石油磺酸钠。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的一种钢丝绳麻芯润滑油配方,可以提高粘附性和防锈能力,可以增加抗压性能,可以避免钢丝绳麻芯润滑油反应而造成氧化,可以提高润滑脂的磨损性能。
具体实施方式
以下将结合本发明的实施例进行详细叙述。
一种钢丝绳麻芯润滑油配方,每一百份所述的钢丝绳麻芯润滑油,包括蜡膏20份、抽出油70份、高压聚乙烯4份、石油脂皂2.5份、石油磺酸盐类化合物1.5份、石墨1份、氢氧化钠0.5份和环烷酸铅0.5份。
所述的石油磺酸盐类化合物为石油磺酸钠。
添加所述的石油脂皂可以提高粘附性和防锈能力。
添加所述的石墨可以增加抗压性能。
添加所述的氢氧化钠可以中和酸性,避免钢丝绳麻芯润滑油反应而造成氧化。
添加所述的环烷酸铅,可以提高润滑脂的磨损性能。
实施例:
每一百克所述的钢丝绳麻芯润滑油,包括蜡膏20克、抽出油70克、高压聚乙烯4克、石油脂皂2.5克、石油磺酸盐类化合物1.5克、石墨1克、氢氧化钠0.5克和环烷酸铅0.5克。
所述的石油磺酸盐类化合物为石油磺酸钠。

1.一种钢丝绳麻芯润滑油配方,每一百份所述的钢丝绳麻芯润滑油,包括蜡膏20份、抽出油70份、高压聚乙烯4份、石油脂皂2.5份、石油磺酸盐类化合物1.5份、石墨1份、氢氧化钠0.5份和环烷酸铅0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢丝绳麻芯润滑油配方,其特征在于,所述的石油磺酸盐类化合物为石油磺酸钠。
