本发明涉及一种润滑剂,具体涉及减少机械设备磨损的润滑剂。
背景技术
润滑剂用以降低摩擦副的摩擦阻力、减缓其磨损的润滑介质。润滑剂对摩擦副还能起冷却、清洗和防止污染等作用。为了改善润滑性能,在某些润滑剂中可加入合适的添加剂。选用润滑剂时,一般须考虑摩擦副的运动情况、材料、表面粗糙度、工作环境和工作条件,以及润滑剂的性能等多方面因素。在机械设备中,润滑剂大多通过润滑系统输配给各需要润滑的部位。
润滑剂的质量严重影响了机械设备的磨损程度,机械设备磨损越大,其使用寿命越短,现有的润滑剂的持续润滑时间短,随着使用时间的增长,机械磨损程度会变大。
