Abstract
本发明公开了一种电梯用防锈润滑油,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:1‑2%聚异丁烯、2‑5%双亚水杨基丙二胺、2‑3%硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、1‑2%油酸乙二醇酯、0.5‑2%硫代磷酸钠盐、1‑1.5%氯化石蜡、1‑3%烷基苯磺酸镁、1‑3%苯甲酸甲酯、1‑2.5%异去氢木香内酯和余量的基础油。本发明还公开了一种电梯用防锈润滑油的制备方法。采用本发明,可抗磨、减磨、防锈、抗氧化,具有强附着力和渗透力。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电梯领域,尤其涉及一种电梯用防锈润滑油。
背景技术
随着电梯的普及,越来越多不同的场合应用电梯,无论是升降电梯还是自动扶梯的需求量也日益增加,电梯安全和日常维护也变得越来越重要。其中在电梯日常维护的一个常规项目是检查电梯的众多部件是否需要润滑,如曳引齿轮箱、钢丝绳、导轨、液压缓冲器和轿门门机等部件。现有技术中的电梯专用润滑油,在使用一段时间后容易出现变硬,开裂甚至脱落的现象,致使电梯在运行时产生较大的摩擦力,不仅形成较大阻力,而且容易磨损部件,降低电梯的使用寿命,不利于电梯安全平稳的运行。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种电梯用防锈润滑油,可抗磨、减磨、防锈、抗氧化,具有强附着力和渗透力。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种电梯用防锈润滑油,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
聚异丁烯 1-2%;
双亚水杨基丙二胺 2-5%;
硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐 2-3%;
油酸乙二醇酯 1-2%;
硫代磷酸钠盐 0.5-2%;
氯化石蜡 1-1.5%;
烷基苯磺酸镁 1-3%;
苯甲酸甲酯 1-3%;
异去氢木香内酯 1-2.5%;
基础油 余量。
作为上述方案的改进,所述基础油为加氢脱蜡基础油。
作为上述方案的改进,按重量百分比计的原料中还包括0.5-1%消泡剂。
相应地,本发明还提供了一种电梯用防锈润滑油的制备方法,将聚异丁烯、双亚水杨基丙二胺、硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、油酸乙二醇酯、硫代磷酸钠盐、氯化石蜡、烷基苯磺酸镁、苯甲酸甲酯、异去氢木香内酯和基础油按重量份百分比称取、混合、搅拌、去杂得到产品。
实施本发明实施例,具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过在原料中加入硫代磷酸钠盐和氯化石蜡使得所述润滑剂在摩擦发生时形成柔韧的保护膜,实现抗磨减磨的目的。再者本发明还添加油酸乙二醇酯、硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、烷基苯磺酸镁等物质使得本发明所述电梯用防锈润滑油,具有效能稳定持久、耐高温、高负荷、抗氧化、防锈的优点,在高压下不易分离,粘附能力和渗透能力表现优异,不易发生现有润滑剂使用过程中变硬、开裂的问题,可减少设备故障频率,提高设备运行可靠性,降低设备维护成本,延长维护周期。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
本发明提供了一种电梯用防锈润滑油,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
聚异丁烯 1-2%;
双亚水杨基丙二胺 2-5%;
硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐 2-3%;
油酸乙二醇酯 1-2%;
硫代磷酸钠盐 0.5-2%;
氯化石蜡 1-1.5%;
烷基苯磺酸镁 1-3%;
苯甲酸甲酯 1-3%;
异去氢木香内酯 1-2.5%;
基础油 余量。
优选地,本发明所述一种电梯用防锈润滑油,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:
聚异丁烯 1-2%;
双亚水杨基丙二胺 3-4%;
硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐 2.2-2.7%;
油酸乙二醇酯 1.3-1.8%;
硫代磷酸钠盐 0.5-1.5%;
氯化石蜡 1-1.2%;
烷基苯磺酸镁 1.4-2.6%;
苯甲酸甲酯 1.5-2.5%;
异去氢木香内酯 1.7-2%;
基础油 余量。
需要说明的是,本发明所述基础油优选加氢脱蜡基础油。另外,本发明配方中按重量百分比还包括0.5-1%消泡剂。
本发明以硫代磷酸钠盐和氯化石蜡配合形成本发明的抗磨剂,当摩擦发生时,产生瞬间高温,催化激活抗磨剂中的极性分子,能迅速有效地吸附并渗透金属表面,形成柔韧的保护膜,实现抗磨减磨的目的。此外,氯化石蜡还具有阻燃的作用。
另一方面,油酸乙二醇酯、苯甲酸甲酯能进一步减少电梯部件之间的摩擦,而聚异丁烯为粘温指数改进剂,曳引特性优异,有效提高润滑油的粘度,可更好的附着在电梯部件上。硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐作为抗氧剂,可提高润滑油的抗氧化能力。烷基苯磺酸镁是作为本发明所述润滑油的防锈剂,起到防锈的作用。
本发明所述电梯用防锈润滑油,具有效能稳定持久、耐高温、高负荷、抗氧化、防锈的优点,在高压下不易分离,粘附能力和渗透能力表现优异,不易发生现有润滑剂使用过程中变硬、开裂的问题,可减少设备故障频率,提高设备运行可靠性,降低设备维护成本,延长维护周期。
本发明还提供了一种电梯用防锈润滑油的制备方法,将聚异丁烯、双亚水杨基丙二胺、硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、油酸乙二醇酯、硫代磷酸钠盐、氯化石蜡、烷基苯磺酸镁、苯甲酸甲酯、异去氢木香内酯和基础油按重量份百分比称取、混合、搅拌、去杂得到产品。
以下通过具体实施例进一步说明:
实施例1
一种电梯用防锈润滑油包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:1%聚异丁烯、3%双亚水杨基丙二胺、2%硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、1.5%油酸乙二醇酯、1.5%硫代磷酸钠盐、1%氯化石蜡、2%烷基苯磺酸镁、2%苯甲酸甲酯、1.5%异去氢木香内酯和余量的基础油。将上述原料按重量份百分比称取、混合、搅拌、去杂得到产品。
实施例2
一种电梯用防锈润滑油包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:1.5%聚异丁烯、4%双亚水杨基丙二胺、2.8%硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、1.2%油酸乙二醇酯、1.8%硫代磷酸钠盐、1.2%氯化石蜡、1%烷基苯磺酸镁、1%苯甲酸甲酯、1.7%异去氢木香内酯、0.8%消泡剂和余量的基础油。将上述原料按重量份百分比称取、混合、搅拌、去杂得到产品。
实施例3
一种电梯用防锈润滑油,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:1.8%聚异丁烯、2.5%双亚水杨基丙二胺、2.6%硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、1.8%油酸乙二醇酯、0.9%硫代磷酸钠盐、1.3%氯化石蜡、2.4%烷基苯磺酸镁、1.6%苯甲酸甲酯、2%异去氢木香内酯和余量的基础油。将上述原料按重量份百分比称取、混合、搅拌、去杂得到产品。
实施例4
一种电梯用防锈润滑油,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料:2%聚异丁烯、3.3%双亚水杨基丙二胺、2.4%硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、1.3%油酸乙二醇酯、1.4%硫代磷酸钠盐、1.5%氯化石蜡、2.1%烷基苯磺酸镁、2.6%苯甲酸甲酯、1.8%异去氢木香内酯和余量的基础油。将上述原料按重量份百分比称取、混合、搅拌、去杂得到产品。

聚异丁烯 1-2%;
双亚水杨基丙二胺 2-5%;
硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐 2-3%;
油酸乙二醇酯 1-2%;
硫代磷酸钠盐 0.5-2%;
氯化石蜡 1-1.5%;
烷基苯磺酸镁 1-3%;
苯甲酸甲酯 1-3%;
异去氢木香内酯 1-2.5%;
基础油 余量。
2.如权利要求1所述电梯用防锈润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油为加氢脱蜡基础油。
3.如权利要求1所述电梯用防锈润滑油,其特征在于,按重量百分比计的原料中还包括0.5-1%消泡剂。
4.一种如权利要求1所述电梯用防锈润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于,将聚异丁烯、双亚水杨基丙二胺、硫磷化聚异丁烯钡盐、油酸乙二醇酯、硫代磷酸钠盐、氯化石蜡、烷基苯磺酸镁、苯甲酸甲酯、异去氢木香内酯和基础油按重量份百分比称取、混合、搅拌、去杂得到产品。
