技术领域
本发明涉及液压油技术领域,具体涉及一种无锌抗磨液压油。
背景技术
抗磨液压油是液压系统传递动力的介质,在液压系统中起着能量传递、系统润滑、防腐、防锈、冷却等作用。随着液压技术的不断发展。对抗磨液压油的质量要求也越来越高。抗磨液压油可以分为有灰型和无锌型。有灰型抗磨液压油具有很好的抗磨性,能够满足叶片泵的使用要求,但当用于柱塞泵时,有灰型抗磨液压油会对柱塞泵的铜部件造成腐蚀,从而导致柱塞脚磨损、斜盘破裂。此外,由于有灰型的热稳定性差,在高压液系统操作失灵。无锌抗磨液压油在水解安定性、破乳化性、过滤性、热稳定性和氧化安定性方面优于含锌抗磨液压油。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种无锌抗磨液压油,该液压油具有良好的抗乳化性、防锈性、水解安定性、热稳定性和过滤性,油品质量满足国家标准GB1118.1—2011有关抗磨液压油优等品的规格要求,并且可满足目前世界上抗磨液压油最高水平Dension HF-0的规格要求。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施来实现的:一种无锌抗磨液压油,其特征在于,以质量百分比计由以下原料组分组成:基础油 98%~99%;极压抗磨剂0.2%~1.0%;抗氧剂0.05%~0.2%;金属减活剂0.01%~0.5%;防锈剂0.05%~0.1%;抗乳化剂0.03%~0.06%;抗泡剂0.001%~0.01%。
所述的无锌抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述的基础油为加氢异构化HVI150、HVI500和聚α—烯烃合成油。
所述的无锌抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述的极压抗磨剂是由有机复合硼酸酯与磺酸钡按照质量比1:1组成,其中有机复合硼酸酯由油酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯与羟甲基化苯并三氮唑反应制得,其分子式如下。
所述的无锌抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为2,6—二叔丁基对甲酚。
所述的无锌抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述的金属减活剂为N,N—二正丁基氨基苯三唑。

与现有技术相比,本发明的具有以下有益效果。
在液压油领域提出使用非矿物油作为基础油,提出使用聚α—烯烃合成油,减少对不可再生的矿物油的消耗。
本发明的无锌复合添加剂灰分含量极低,又能满足极压抗磨、抗氧性能的要求,有利于液压机械长寿面使用,减少液压机械的部件特别是铜部件的腐蚀。
本发明所得抗磨液压油具有优良的抗磨性、润滑性、抗氧化性、放腐蚀性、水解安定性、减少设备磨损、良好的空气释放性、抗泡性、保证力传递迅速、准确连贯、使微振动偏差减至最小、对钢—钢和钢—铜合金摩擦副具有极好的保护作用,对丁腈橡胶和聚氨酯橡胶具有良好的适应性,具有一定的降解率。

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行了描述,但并非对本发明保护范围的限制,所属领域技术人员应该明白,在本发明的技术方案的基础上,本领域技术人员不需要付出创造性劳动即可做出的各种修改或变形仍在本发明的保护范围以内。

一种抗磨液压油由以下质量分数的原料制成:PAO4合成油56.13%,HVI500油42%,极压抗磨剂1.0%;抗氧剂 0.2%;金属减活剂0.5%;防锈剂0.1%;抗乳化剂0.06%;抗泡剂0.01%。混合原料即得无锌抗磨液压油。
实施例二。
一种抗磨液压油由以下质量分数的原料制成:HVI150油59%,HVI500油39.13%,极压抗磨剂1.0%;抗氧剂 0.2%;金属减活剂0.5%;防锈剂0.1%;抗乳化剂0.06%;抗泡剂0.01%。混合原料即得无锌抗磨液压油。
实施例三。
一种抗磨液压油由以下质量分数的原料制成:PAO4合成油16.18%,HVI500油83%,极压抗磨剂0.5%;抗氧剂 0.1%;金属减活剂0.01%;防锈剂0.1%;抗乳化剂0.1%;抗泡剂0.01%。混合原料即得无锌抗磨液压油。
下表列出了以本发明实施例一、二和三的分析结果。由表1可见,本发明质量满足国家标准GB1118.1—2011中32、46和68三种规格抗磨液压油的优等品的要求,并通过国内高压泵台架试验,即T5D叶片泵台架试验和Dension P46柱塞泵台架试验,油品质量达到了Dension HF-0规格要求。

1.一种无锌抗磨液压油,其特征在于,以质量百分比计由以下原料组分组成:基础油98%~99%;极压抗磨剂0.2%~1.0%;抗氧剂 0.05%~0.2%;金属减活剂0.01%~0.5%;防锈剂0.05%~0.1%;抗乳化剂0.03%~0.06%;抗泡剂0.001%~0.01%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无锌抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述的基础油为加氢异构化HVI150、HVI500和聚α—烯烃合成油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无锌抗磨液压油,其特征在于,所述的极压抗磨剂是由有机复合硼酸酯与磺酸钡按照质量比1:1组成,其中有机复合硼酸酯由油酸二乙醇酰胺硼酸酯与羟甲基化苯并三氮唑反应制得,其分子式如下。
